8We arrived at the office and were greeted by Ms Nathalie and were told to wait in the waiting area. A few minutes later, we were called to the office. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and kind. We had all the necessary documents for the application. She swiftly completed the process. We were very happy with the whole process and our time there. Highly recommend

We drove over three hours to Anson to get our son’s driver’s permit. Nathalie was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Nathalie multitasked and has great attention to detail which made the appointment time go faster. The office was well maintained and clean. If you have to go to the DPS, we strongly recommend going to Anson to see Nathalie.
I had an appointment for 1: 50, didn’t get seen until almost 2: 30 and was told there’s nothing they could do today unless I drove back with proof of residency. I can’t afford an hour drive four times but the lady said “people come from Fort Worth that’s not that far! ”. Don’t bother with an appointment, and as I sit writing this at 3: 34 I get a text my number has been called. Just awful all around.
We drove in from Dallas and Nathalie was super helpful and made the process super easy. Thank you so much for all your help!

We drove to Anson from out of town, and I am so glad we did. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Nathalie at Anson DPS. She was really kind, very patient, personable, and helpful. She worked with us and took valuable time out of her day to make sure we had everything we needed. Making what we thought was going to be a stressful process, a pretty smooth one. She is truly a gem. We will definitely be coming back to see her every time.
