I don't give 0 stars because it's not possible, but the attitude of these people is the worst, their arrogance is incredible, I do not recommend going to that unpleasant place at all, I took all my documents and they told me that they were of no use to me even though that I showed them that on the page it said that it was possible

They are not helpful with anything and really ghetto one lady asked if I smoked up there and she worked there I couldn't get her name short hair cut with glasses.

Esmerelda Reyes and Cheryl Lee helped me with obtaining a Texas ID for my mother, who had let her drivers license expire. They were so caring and diligent while helping me to help her. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and are two of the nicest and most patient people that I have ever met. Wonderful.

Yall need to do something about that older that works there. She is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Great staff but the older lady is very horrible with nasty manners

Worker in window 6 was exceptionally rude on 11/28/23 around 4p to my daughter and I. I don’t understand why ppl bring there problems to work. We as ppl go through so much and the last thing we need is workers to be rude to us when we’re trying to take care of business.

It is sad to go this government establishment and be so disrespected. Every time we go to use this service the staff there is so rude. We continue to go to this location because it is the closest to our home. Due to the weather I sat in the parking lot and unfortunately saw many people come out upset and fussing. The online service does not work and neither does the phone number provided. Prior to this visit, I was on hold for over an hour and finally my call was answered by an automated recording asking to email if more questions. I sure did that, I emailed and have never received an answer back.

I took my wife here for a name change. Did not have appointment, had to make one. Was there at 8am. After making appointment it said it would be for 8: 45. I did the check in at 8: 15 we was done back in the at 8: 33. Have to patient.

If I could give -5 stars, they are very racist, I do not know how to speak English and for that reason the lady who touched me at the window did not want to assist me, I am very angry because it is not the first time I come and it is always the same They are very racist and they treat you very badly, please if you do not speak English or are Hispanic please do not come

This location is great and they helped me and my dad get my permit and for him to renew his drivers license— the appointment was originally only for my permit but they were able to squeeze my dad in for his license renewal.the ladies who helped us were nothing but sweet and understanding, I don’t get the negative reviews… 10/10 service.

Don't come here the lady's give you attitude as soon as you sit down horrible service

Made an appointment and Drove for an hour to make it to this office. They are closed on business hours saying “no water” terrible experience

90% of the employees have an attitude problem, they’re arrogant, rude and have a defiant attitude, they’ll rush you, and treat you like you’re stupid. The place is ghetto and the employees fit right in! Make sure you go in there in pijamas, grilled teeth, and straight up gangster, if not they’ll look at you a type of way.

It was literally an in and out experience. I was transferring my license to Texas, from out of state. This has to be the quickest visit to a DMV.

My experience was very awesome I loved Ms. Joangel She is an Angel foreal it was a blessing to get assigned to that dps office and Ms. Joangel she seem very experienced and very helpful she was at counter number 6 thank you Ms. Joangel and that’s to this dps office for the great experience

A waste of time it's always something they give you the run around like it's ridiculous.

Staff was barely helpful and just wanted to do the least amount of work possible. Denied our non citizen application without even checking anything like I myself found on the DPS website to do

I'm insanely late posting this, but the ladies at this dps were RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING! They were SO helpful and SO nice! They understood my frustration and issues I was having with my name change and literally went above and beyond to help me. I'm so thankful I ended up at their location, despite it being clear across town from where I live! Thank you so much ladies!

Can never get anyone on the phone, especially to talk to a representative, it’s so frustrating, bc I would need to speak someone over the phone over something that I don’t need to come in for. I emailed them and still have not gotten a response.
