7AWFUL! You can't talk to anyone on the phone. There was Nothing saying you needed your birth certificate. They could sure use some re organization. They close the office from 12 to 1.can't they stager their lunch hour? Happy I don't have to go back for awhile.
This is an awesome place place to get drivers license renewed. Friendly. Efficient. Caring. Loved it!
In this place the people are very friendly. Since you enter. The only 2 people who serve do their job very well. I don't know English well but those ladies do their best to communicate well. They really deserve a 100% raise. And if you read this, well. Thank you very much
Easy and fast. Friendly employees. DPS in Texas makes their job much harder than it needs to be.
Getting there is the hard part. GpS is going to lead you to an empty uilding. It's been vacant for years. DPS has asked for it to be updated many times, and hasn't. Go to the tax office It's in the same building. The place itself, clean quiet and no lines! Exactly the experience you wish you had getting your business taken care of. 5 stars!
The ladies got my CDL paperwork and everything done right at 4 even though they were closing, wonderful people. Although the internet said the office was open till 5 they do close at 4 and they asked if I ever come again to please be there by 3pm
Despite only having two employees running the entire office they were so fast which never in my entire life have I ever heard of or experienced that at all and they were so nice and helpful and anything they could do they did and we drove 2 hours away from where we live to go here and I don't think I would ever want to go anywhere else ever again because it was a pleasant experience honestly it was a little hard finding it the first time but after that it's easy. I would definitely definitely suggest that you go to this DPS if you have to go whether you have a lot of time or not and make an appointment online because that made a big difference too showing up without an appointment means you're going to sit there a little longer.
