Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License Mega Center, Houston TX

Awesome Business. I made an appointment to RENEW my Driver's License. Waited for about 15 mins. Signed the Paperwork, took my picture with a Smile this time. My last photo was disaster. And I was out of there walked to my car and drove home happy. 5 stars A AWESOME DAY.

Arrived at 3 PM (closing time is 6 PM). They handed me a slip of paper telling me to get in line online. I checked online and Gessner is not listed as one of the Mega Centers where I can check in online. So much for staying closed for months, only to have disappointing service.

Definitely better organize and smooth operation on Gessner my experience went very well! I scheduled my appointment at the earliest time to avoid waiting long.but Turns out I didn’t wait long at all. Only waited about 20 - 25 minutes before being dealt with. The lady by the name Brittaney S. Bs2s746 who helped with me my Mother was extremely kind to both of us and helpful and I was there with her for about 15 minutes. Brittaney S.helped my Mother out with some questions I had about Renew her Driver License.she went a head and help my Mother to Schedule her renewal Brittaney went out of her way to write down my mother Appointment Thank you so much.

IT WAS EASY CONVENIENT AND FAST. DDNT TAKE MORE THAN 30 MIN VIST. MCDONALD'S DRIVE THRU MEAL PROBABLY TAKES LONGER. OF COURSE IF U COME PREPARED WITH ALL UR PAPERWORK thanks.

I made my online appointment yesterday for CDL. It took 30 minutes in total to leave. Pretty much fast. The employees at the front door were not friendly, so far rude. The one handling my application was arrogant. If employees could make customers feel welcome it would be a better experience than having to look at their mad faces.

I love this this location.very professional, the young lady at the desk was very informal about all I need to take care of my business.

Crowded and not for people in a hurry. But people are service orientated and generally helpful.

I made an appointment online and from the time I arrived checking in, filling out form, seeing an extremely friendly and efficient clerk I was in and out in 20 minutes. Kudos to a well run office.

Very slow, looks like inexperienced officers makin ID or license. No time limit almost called late by 1.30 to 2.30 hours after the schedule appointment time. I had a very bad experience here so request public look for other center

Best way looks to be fill and print form at home and on the way checkin so that we don't need to wait at all.

It was busy but it went by fast. A the ladies that assist you when come in the door are just plan fabulous!

Very pleasant experience, I was in and out within 20 minutes. I recommend using the new appointment system, it's a very big time saver! And thank you Aliaas for being so awesome with customer service!
