My personal experience went there with no appointment and still had no problems from the man at the door to the lady that actually did the paperwork very friendly staff

Quick and efficient. The few experiences here have been a million times better than the ones in DFW. Much friendlier staff too.

Just full of incompetent employees. They are extremely rude, aren’t great with time management even if you make an appointment. Don’t seem to know what is needed for military members. It’s like they like making things extra difficult. I feel so sorry for the people of Corpus Christi. These employees need some training and to work on their customer service skills.

At first there were i can't help u with out any identification with out your social or your birth certificate.
That's when my mother told them shouldn't yall already have it by now in yall system.
There were still with unfortunately with out 1 of those or unless u have a Medicaid card 2 identify u 2 say that is u. Then i can go from there and look u up.

Very curt and straight to the point. They let me know exactly what I needed to get my plates and license switched over to Texas. I do wish they would be a little more friendly with their customers and smile a bit more however. They accept walk-ins and appointments. It's better to make an appointment because then you get through the process faster and you're seen sooner than simply walking in.

This is an excellent facility, with a very organized system. Everyone was kind and very polite.

Why do you make appointments if your not going to honor them. Been waiting over an hour from appointment time and still have not been served

Wait time was not as bad as I thought. Even though there was a check-in line it actually moved pretty fast. Staff was very courteous and polite.

I don't understand why the heck they are so rude! I told the lady in the very front with (short black hair like 50s or 60s I think her name is Maria) My Daughter is excited to get her ID she just turned 16yrs old! She is was so rude! Ruined the experience or maybe I just let her get to me. She busted my daughters bubble I mean I know it's not her Driver's licence but still. Worst experience

No mask's in sight except for mine since it's not mandatory but it was very quick since I had an appointment that I made online and checked in online. Very convenient.

Very nice staff, very understanding and patient with me! Thank you again! I felt very welcomed, and they helped me went out of their way when my Social card wasn't able to be used. They let me run home real quick to grab my Birth Certificate, and then put me in the return lane.

Very nice people, got there early for my appointment, and was seen promptly, no waiting if you make an appointment.

Staff was really friendly we didn't even take more then 30 minutes my son was so happy to take out his ID for the first time

I went to alice DMV yesterday and they gave me HORRIBLE service. I was almost convinced I wasn't going to get an ID on time to be able to fly. I figured I'd give this dmv a try and let me tell you, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I could not be any happier.they were so sweet and patient with me. Trisha and Gloria were absolutely outstanding at their jobs.thanks again guys! Be back soon

I let my lisence expire OMG don't do that! You can renew online! I had to take ALL tests but the people were very helpful and understanding. Make appointment!

& debit card for cost of lisence. If you have to take drivers test it has to be scheduled too
