Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License Mega Center, Rosenberg TX

It's 25 miles from my house, mostly scenic drive from Katy, the closest DPS office to me. Appointment only, so no long wait.

Very rude and unprofessional. There are very few staff who are good, you need to be lucky to be assigned to them.

I took an appointment for 1: 35, I’ve waited here till 3: 00 still haven’t gave my appointment, I had to come back the other day just to experience the same thing

I love having an appointment and being taken care of so fast! I was in and out in 10 minutes after a dl renewal

Biggest issue is the check in station for me. I waited 20 minutes in line then when I got to the point (screen) to check in, I was told by a person at the screen check in if you have your phone for fast check in. WHAT THE HECK!? How about instead of standing by screen, tell everyone in line.

Extremely quick and very very helpful. I was out in less than 30 mins. I even had to run to the car to get some documents and they were kind enough to inform me about it. Love those workers and Love Texas. Keep up the good work.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Have been there 4 times for my family and myself. Each visit takes less than an hour. Compare this to CA where you wait all day to leave angry. Way to go Texas.

Very friendly officers. Only complaint is the person that handled my transaction made a mistake with my last name. Although she corrected it, she was unable to give me a corrected copy.

I scheduled appt and went to the place, first lady and a gentelman on counter were very friendly and provided right guide, even though the lady that assisted me to process my request was not applying courtesy at all. The overall assistence was fast. It seems it is better to set up appt during the moning.

I have not had any problem wih the personnel working In this branch they are very helpful all the time

I never imagined I will like dmv. But stuff are really nice and helpful. There no waiting time.

Time of entering, filling the form and processing was 9 minutes. The staff are courtesy and the environment is grear. Amazing.
I will recommend here, be sure to book an appointment online but even if you didn't book. You can book it at the premises.

I went to the Tx. DPS license office in Rosenberg, TX on Wed, 9/29/21 in the afternoon and I was so blessed by the fabulous people working there. "Ms. Step 1" teased right back with me, and the young fellow helping me check in on the computer understood I didn't compute and completely blessed me, registering me from my phone, even escorting me with clipboard to seating. I won the lottery with sweet Nateesha to complete the license renewal process. She explained things clearly and even took an acceptable photo for the next 8 years! Honestly, I never have experienced such lovely State of Texas employees, who cared sincerely for this "mature" lady. Thank you all so very much!

This office runs so smoothly. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Cassandra and Shirley are so very nice and go above and beyond to help people. They are both angels! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
