Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Worst Department of Records EVER! We adopted our sons over 2 years ago and (even with using an Adoption Lawyer) we have had to submit 2 orders to get the new Adoption Birth Certificates and it has been 7 months since our 2 order was submitted. Our adoption lawyer has made several attempts to follow up, I have called numerous times, submitted multiple web inquiry's, yet I continue to get NO status on when this order will be processed only a generic response that if I don't hear from them by such and such date, contact them again.
I am so sorry for anyone who has to deal with this business.
