Texas Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, PLLC reviews
4This is one busy doctor, but makes you feel that you are getting 100% of his attention. I’ve been going to him for about five years.
What a fantastic office! Kind staff and the doctor is very knowledgeable. She offered several different options vs a one size fits all approach, which I sincerely appreciated. Great experience!
Dr. Sanjay Bhambri and his Rockwall staff have always gone above and beyond when treating my skin issues. His office staff is pleasant & efficient. The procedures have gone well, and his entire team was extremely supportive before, during, and after them. Dr. Bhambri and his nurses made me feel at ease (as possible) when doing the Mohs surgery needed for my situation. He not only concerned about removing any cancerous cells, but desires that my skin looks good after healing.
I have a less invasive procedure coming up and am assured that it too will go well.
Doctors tell patients to follow up in a year, and explain that as long as there is no change in symptoms and medical history that refills will be given within that window. And yet I call for a refill after 10 months with no changes and yet they won't refill it until I'm seen in the office again. With a month and a half wait for appointments it's completely unacceptable that Patients have to leave conditions uncontrolled and untreated for a months because doctors don't stick to their prognosis.
Considering I'm an office manager at another medical practice this leaves me wondering if this is a staff issue, rather than a doctor issue because I've never met a doctor who won't refill non-controlled "as needed" medications within a normal refill window or who is willing to jeopardize patients health for their bottom line. My business and future referrals will be sent to a dermatologist who cares about patients, and I'd avoid this place unless you have no other choice.
