Texas Digestive Disease Consultants: Arlington reviews
8Amazing- everybody was super nice and knowledgeable. Explained the procedure very thoroughly.
I was very impressed with this office. From the time I checked in until the time I checked out. The staff was very friendly. The nurse practitioner that I saw was very professional. She listened to what I had to say and she was very thorough with her explainations and her examinations. She made me very comfortable and did not delay on ordering tests. I would recommend this office to anybody and everybody.
I’ve been impressed with the doctors service so far, however it is impossible to get a call back. To schedule my endoscopy I had called 6 times with leaving messages over a 3 week period.
Now that I’ve had that done and my insurance is not wanting to cover medication, I’ve called 4 times now with leaving messages for my doctors nurse. It’s been 3 weeks since she last called me and I’ve received no call back. I understand that life gets busy but if your job is patient care and to call patients back especially when it’s been elevated to emergency status and there still no call back almost 3 days later, it starts it get ridiculous. As the patient I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call for medical care.
I was referred by my Dr. ’s office Nurse Practitioner. I was scheduled an appointment within a couple of days.
Spent $177 for a doctor visit and all that happen was told me to go back to original doctor with the olan in place So out $177 for nothing!
I have been waiting since Tuesday for someone to call me to schedule an endoscopy. I missed the very first call and I have called back three times and left messages. And it will be a week since I saw the doctor when Monday rolls around and I still don’t have my appointment for an endoscopy.very disappointing that I can’t get a call back. If the person went on vacation or is ill, there should be a back up. Extremely. Disappointed in this service.
Each employee was kind, patient and listen to me. Loved Karma and Rebecca. Hope my future test turn out to be great and fixable. Right now is a scary time.
I recently have a GI problem that requires medical attention and have gone for a checkup at a local urgent care center. After spending hundreds on medical exams, I follow up with TDDC to see one of their GI specialists but the representative-over-the-phone claims that TDDC doctors will refuse service to patients without a family doctor and they DO NOT accept self-pay.
So if you suddenly have a medical condition with no family doctor and/or insurance, TDDC's bureaucratic nature of business will rather let you wither away "because of our policies".
