All members of the staff I was in contact with, for precolonoscopy scheduling was very knowledgable, and knew what questions to ask. Also, very friendly.

Terrible clinic! Especially for MA’s/Nurses. If you are looking for a job, DO NOT work here. The other employees are rude, & there’s tons of harassment & discrimination. Four employees have quit in the last 6 months-year. The management is awful! DO NOT waste your time.

Dr. Sadiq is great. BUT getting to see him is frustrating. Office receptionist: two of three are rude and not helpful. If you go, select the one with red hair. Very helpful! My initial appointment was April 18th. Today, June 6th, I finally had to go back to the office in person to get scheduled for the procedure. They call to schedule. Their number is never identified. They leave a message. You call back and are told to leave a message. The cycle repeats. Most office’s numbers are identified but not this place. The office manager insists they are not responsible! Seems they take responsibly for nothing. Beware!

I only gave 3 stars because I liked the doctor I saw and the lady who messaged back about my prescription. However, it's impossible to schedule an appointment or get a call back. I've called every day for the last week and a half and never received a call or message back about an appointment. I missed a call because it rang once and I called back immediately, sat on hold for 26 minutes only to be transferred to a voice-mail. I will be looking for a different doctor's office. Also their 800 complaint number shows "pizza hut" when I called and states "The person you are calling is unavailable, please leave a message. " The mailbox is full.

They treated me very good. I felt really comfortable in their care. And they answered all of my questions in a meaningful manner.

Quick in and out didn’t have to wait long and plenty of office people to help get you signed in

I had just had my wallet, stolen with all my identity, and the front staff worked so hard to get me into my appointment

Recently had a great experience in my pre-op visit to TDDC. The reception staff quickly registered & queued me for the evaluation. The nurse and the nurse practitioner thoroughly reviewed my medical history, explained the procedure, and answered my questions. Friendly, efficient, and professional, I'm pleased to recommend this office and their services.

Have not been able to schedule needed procedure, not enough help evidently. It’s been several days waiting to speak to scheduler

The service (for lack of better words) is always top notch and the wait time basically non-existent. Dr Davé and his personnel are the best in my opinion; I’ve been going to him since 2008.

I have the best experience during my appointments with Jessica. She is always thorough and never makes me feel like I'm being rushed. She listened and documents every symptom I have to talk about and makes me feel good about finding a resolution to getting me well. Just talking with her makes me feel like I am already getting better. Thanks for your service.

The agents are so kind n helpful n all have smiles on them. They truly know how to make u comfortable! Just so professional n kind n very helpful in anything u need! Have been coming here for years n it’s always the same!

Everyone there is great. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. I have been going there for about 15 years never had a bad experience.
