Texas Digestive Disease Consultants: Fort Worth - North Beach St. reviews
11If I could give this place a zero I would. Booked my appointment with a Dr who had a previous engagement did not have the courtesy to call me before I drove over 45 minutes to get there. They were rude and very unprofessional about the whole situation.
Dr. A is super arrogant! He’s a very good surgeon but he’s demeanor is very superior and that makes him a terrible doctor to go to. I had to called him after hours and it took 4 calls/ messages for him to call back…. Hmmm exactly to the minute 1 hour from the time I called. Plus you can never get a call back from his office. One of his medical assistant, Rachel, yelled at me and said she had a second job! Totally unprofessional office. Don’t go there!
Only suggestion by the doctor was colonoscopy. Colonoscopy came back clean. Asked about next steps and was given no answers. I am still having nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea multiple times a week and don't know what to do
Edit: saw the PA this time and she actually listened to me. PA is awesome.
New edit: They always schedule several months out. Still no answers for my nausea and vomiting. Doctor just keeps suggesting constipation remedies even though that isn't the issue. If you are young and female do not come here!
Very friendly. Made me feel at ease. Asked many questions and explained everything in detail. They made sure my provider had all the information they gathered. That alone is an asset to my health care that everyone is on the same page.
Amazing best I have ever neen to dr Ramos and his nurse and rest of there staff fought with my insurance company to get me the medicine I needed and kept me informed through the hole process.
Outstanding Physicians, PA's, and office staff. Professional, compassionate, listens intently, and genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
While the doctors are knowledgeable, it is near impossible to actually talk to someone at TDDC unless you are in for an appointment… I have had several appointments and procedures done, but the amount of follow up I have to do in order to actually get results back is frustrating. When I call in the middle of the workday, I get the answering machine that proceeds to tell me their hours of operation, which indicate that they should be answering the phone at that time (ex. I call at 2pm on a Thursday and the answering machine says they’re closed and their hours of op are M-F 8-4: 30 with lunch from 11: 30-1…). Fix your administrative staff situation asap please TDDC!
My visit with Katelynn was very informative and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend her and the staff
The lady I talk to you was great thank you. But you sent me a portal to open up and I need a number to allow me to set it up.
Dr. Schmidt is very thorough and knowledgeable and walked me through every scenario and options that I had.
My doctor/surgeon, Dr. A, is amazing. His staff however, is not. It takes a lot to get a response from them. Emails, voice-mail and I have even made a trip to the office to ask a question because I could not get any other response. I received a call this morning from one of the nurses asking how I was doing. I wanted to laugh. She was supposed to call me back weeks ago. I told her due to her inability to call me back, I had to see my primary doctor.
Like I said, my surgeon is amazing and I am so grateful for Dr. A, but I cringe when I have to deal with his nurses in the office.
