Will Not go back had appointment, still took over an hour to get called back had to pay before even seeing doctor, I was with this so called doctor (German Oliver) Maybe 3 minutes, he acted like he knew my whole history in a matter of that time, Also, requires you to wear a mask. Put me on two strict diets Not even knowing anything about my stomach issues, wanted blood work, etc.left in all of 4 minutes, hard to understand due to his Accent, talked way to fast, very rude, WILL NEVER BE BACK what a waste of my time and 178 dollars just HORRIBLE and office staff just as rude and no help!

Don’t believe the sweet sounding response below this review. I emailed gialliance twice, and they never responded. My negative review stands:
I would not recommend this place. They sent my pathology results to their own in-house lab, which was out of my network. Their printer was not working after my procedure so they promised to mail my results—two months and several phone calls later nothing has been sent. The medical assistant won’t call you back. Its just terrible to have a procedure and not know the results.
*UPDATE* I drove to the new location and the receptionist quickly and competently printed my results. I just wish the medical assistant was as capable as the receptionist.

Arrived at 8: 45am to my 9: 00am appointment, only to find out someone in the office canceled it without telling me. I scheduled my appointment about 2 weeks ago. 4 days ago is when it was canceled without my knowledge. They said they would still be able to fit me in. At 10: 15am, they told me I won't be seen until at least 11: 30am, if I get seen at all, because the doctor is not even here right now. They're "in clinic" at the hospital. I asked why I wasn't told that, because I've been very clear about needing to get back to work. After that, they said I would get seen, and brought me into a room. It's 10: 30 now and we'll see what happens!

Completely disappointed in my first visit as the doctor insisted I had a stomach bug. Didn’t realize a stomach bug lasted for weeks. The scheduling associate cancelled my appointment without my consent and now I’m forced to hope for a better second impression. I shouldn’t have to request further testing nor give solutions for my own health. Given the good reviews for the doctor I was seen by I strongly hope future visits will be better. Since now any transfer of care to another doctor will take 2 months to be completed.

I love Dr. Sief I don't like his assistant she is very rude she acts like I was lying she seems like she doesn't like African Americans I know my body my next visit I don't want to see her it's sad how majority of these doctors treat people hopefully she can be a little bit nicer or maybe she treats African Americans like not the other race please don't schedule an appointment with her ever again she is rude she kept repeating herself like I was lying about my symptoms. Dr. Seif needs to find another assistant.

Everyone was very nice. I really like Dr. Joyce she is really nice. I met her when I was in the hospital.

My appointment didn’t take long and my colonoscopy was scheduled a month later. Everyone was very helpful.

My visit was so pleasant, everyone was so nice and professional from the minute I walked in the office, until my appointment was complete with Miss Andrea. Awesome staff.

The people here are very professional but also very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Very good at not freaking you out and hardly any wait time.

TDDC is the best office for your gastro concerns! I see Dr Oliver on my visits he’s the best!
The office personnel go out of their way to accommodate you any way that they can!
I can give this office 10 stars if they would let me!

I went to see Dr Seif on Thursday and his medical assistant never sent my RX. It's Tuesday and I called and left a message on Monday morning and they still haven't gotten back with me. I'm also still without my medication. The bad part is, someone keeps on prescribing the wrong dose of my meds, so instead of getting 4 pills a day, I get 1. My condition is severe and I need my medication. Mary, his MA, doesn't seem to care one bit.

I waited 3 weeks for 2 procedures the same day. 3 weeks they never 1 time called to tell me my out of pocket expense. They finally called Friday and my procedures are scheduled for Tuesday. Most people have been hit hard by Covid and we are no exception. I am not having the procedure done (which is a test to find out why I can't eat and why so much pain) because they call me just before to tell me my out of pocket expense that is very high and they won't make a payment arrangement that I can afford. Do they really care about the patient? Or just the money? Cause the money was the deciding factor. Dr. Kideka really didn't talk to me or listen to my concerns when I was in the office. He just wants to do the test. I had concerns about what seems to me is a swollen stomache and he just said I was fat. Yes I am over weight but all the weight is in my stomach. 5'6 180 lbs.not that fat and again it is all in my stomach. I will never go here again and will deter anyone that I know that is thinking about them. Thei is my second time. The first time they did a colonoscopy and endoscopy to test my gall bladder. Surgeon said the only test for a gall bladder is a sonogram and that doesn't tell them what it is only that it is full. De Seth did that one. To me all they want is money!

My Colonoscopy and EGD was performed by
Dr. KEDIKA, hands down best, sweetest when I woke up, I was in the hospital, D4 Kedika was right there, he had some test done on me, because when I woke up I was crying and in pain.he waited right there until all test came back. I don't remember any of it, until I came awake in the err.

Everyone at Texas Digestive are so nice and helpful. Have a problem I'd definitely recommend them

18 months and no answers. The last 3 visits I have only seen the Doctors assist. Supposed to have specialist call me. 3 weeks not a word

I really wish I would have read the reviews about this place. Dr Wright asked a few questions. Didn’t even look at me. Didn’t examine me at all. Looked over my ER notes and then gave me samples of anti acid blockers even though I told him the hospital gave me some and they don’t work and told me to go on a diet that I already said didn’t work. The worst Doctor experience I’ve ever had.

Ramalinga R. Kedika, MD was very professional and thorough in his explaining my procedures. I'm very pleased to have had my first experience of a colonoscopy with his care.
