The staff and NP were great. Answered all my questions and gave good advise to better my results on my medical condition.

After waiting 30 minutes on hold, a rude representative answered the phone. She acted like I was bothering her. And gave me attitude, I was just trying to change appointment and doctors. I have been with TDDC for a while.now I will look elsewhere …

My first time there. They are friendly, professional and eager to help, listen to my pleas and help solved my issues.

When I was leaving, I felt I accomplished what I've been trying to do for the past 5 yrs, and that was to get these 2 studies done ASAP because I have medical doubts as to my conditions is ok or it's gotten worse?

I have had the pleasure to be seen by PA Medina and I’ve been satisfied with every follow up visit with her. She’s given me answers for the issues that I’ve had.

We both where very satisfied with our dr visit, every one was very nice and excellent way to give us my results, blessings to all.

Filled out demographics, got weighed, sent to a room, and waited for the nurse practitioner to show up and explain all the details and current situation. Great!

The unprofessionalism of the front staff here is outstanding. I received a referral for this office on 11/20 I had some issues that needed to be cleared in order to have surgery on 12/12. Called and received an appointment which was great the nurse practitioner that I saw was amazing and made a follow up appointment to go over lab work so I may be cleared. AT NO TIME was it mentioned to me that as of 12/1 I was going to be out of network with my primary insurance. That is not something they know last minute. Working in this field contracts normally state with the healthcare payor of a 90 day notice. It was absolutely irresponsible to take me on as a patient when my referral mentioned the time constraint. Then I wasn’t told until the evening of 12/30 that I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I have a secondary insurance in which they refuse to process so I requested to speak to the practice manager as this is unprofessional they are purposely doing this and canceling my surgery. Was told multiple times manager would call me by end of day. Received a call and when I answered someone I hung up so I called back and was again assured the practice manager would call. No call was made by the practice manager or on her behalf. I hope this whole company is ashamed this is not professional and beware they will drop you at anytime without warning.
Edit: after contacting CMS and the Texas Medical Board and Corporate. Corporate called back with the generic I’m sorry this happened to you with no possible solution on the situation. Since 12/1 I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records and been unable to speak with anyone. Corporates response? Call this number that goes directly to voicemail.

Diagnostic studies-Abdomen Ultrasound, not completed by Gonzaba. They won’t schedule me an appointment with written orders from you all.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr Ganesheppa practice for more then 30 yrs Dr G Sr and now Dr. R Ganesheppa his son we have nothing but the most respect and we have been treated a d taken cared for to the best. We explain our needs and Dr G listens to us with so much patience then after that he gives us the outcome as to how he is going to treat us and if there is something we need help with we let him know and he takes care of it for us. So we plan to stay with Dr G for a very long time. God Bless him for being such a noble and caring physician.

It is always a quick experience. I love Melissa Medina. She is such a respectful and supportive person. Dr Ganeshepa is also someone i respect tremendously.

NP Medina is amazing! She listens to me and is genuinely interested in my care. I won’t see anyone else.

I had my first visit with Dr. Medina and I can say was a great visit I felt her concern and she listened to me, I beleive I've found my long term Dr am so pleased with and the staff thank yall so much for well needed care.

Called and gave all of my information to make an appointment. After having to repeat myself numerous times and the lady on the other end not knowing basic information about insurance, she proceeds to hang up on me after I stated what date I wanted to see the dr. I called back 3 times immediately after and no answer. If she doesn’t know how to do the basic requirements of her job and doesn’t seem to care, she needs to be fired. Will be going elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this office or much less this practice in general. My first visit with them I had to wait almost 3 months to even see a doctor. The day of my appointment they tried to call to cancel the appointment because the doctor wasn’t going to be in that day. After arguing with the front staff about me having to wait months, multiple hospital visits, and being so sick I had to take leave from my job.they let me see the nurse practitioner instead. The visit was extremely fast, she asked about my history and immediately said I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. This appointment was in August and scheduled it out for October 23rd so I can make sure I took off of work for it. Not to mention I would not be meeting the doctor doing the procedure until the day off because he didn’t make this visit. Welp here we are Oct 17th and I have been rescheduled again to DECEMBER 13th for the procedure. Upon hearing my disappointment the receptionist attempted to blame me saying they had been trying to get in touch with me for a couple of days. We had been playing phone tag leaving messages back and forth because I WORK and cannot answer the phone on demand, which was relayed to the office staff as well as a good time to call so I can answer on lunch. And when you attempt to call back they always say “Well have them call you back to schedule you” or you have to leave a voicemail to get called back. This office is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t have patient priority or care in mind. I will be finding a more professional practice to do my procedure because I can’t even trust the appointment dates anymore. I might be hospitalized or extremely ill by the time they get to me. And no I don’t want to hear the auto reply “We hate to hear this was your experience. Please give the office a call” line. They do not help.

Didn't seem to really care what I had to say. He kept acting like I wasn't getting to the point. I've been dealing with stomach issues and serious pain, and it didn't seem to register to him. He counted it as IBS, and psychological. It didn't fit, but only answer they gave, then they gave up. I'm still in pain a year later! Still need help. I feel lost with the medical system. We need doctors with empathy, not ones who don't seem to care for our suffering. They see so many people that it seems they lose their bedside manner. I'm in heart failure and other health issues, I see doctors all the time, but paying a pretty penny to see this doctor and no results is hard to swallow.

The best from start to finish. On time, supurb customer service. I left with two appointments scheduled, a follow-up scheduled, lab orders in hand.just so much excellence. They all go above and beyond.

I feel very comfortable with Dr Prazak. I trust him, and there is a lot to be said for that. So many Drs don’t have patience for questions, Dr Prazak isn’t that way. You will be glad you gave him a chance.
