I’m extremely happy with my results and Dr Martinez. The Brownsville office is run very well.

Good doctors horrible staff, the girls who ask questions are rude and have no customer service. Waste of money! Paid $120 just fory boyfriend not to get seen!

Doctor Michael Martinez is absolutely a great doctor! His patient communication skills are the best!

Dr. Sandeep Samuels was very dismissive of my concerns. When asked why I needed 2 procedures his response was “they are good exams to have” despite the fact that I have been through this process before but he wouldn’t hear of it. He spent all of 3 minutes with me and then led me to the windows for registration of procedures. I felt like cattle in an assembly line. Very disappointed. The upside was the young lady that followed up. She was very apologetic. I appreciate that.

Was surprised about the punctuality of the appointment. The day before I had waited for over an hour to see a new dentist eventhough I had a scheduled appointment. Doctor gave me sample medication to see if it would correct my ailment before issuing a prescription. Who does that now! Will keep him as my gastroenterologist!

Doctor Allan Coates was very nice and sweet. He made me feel comfortable with asking all my questions. As well within answering and explains throughly. Would highly recommend him!

I saw Dr Grigg last Thursday 11/26 she is great. I was previously treated by another specialists there but the treatment was not the same as with Dr Grigg. She took the time to explained everything to me, to actually check my medical history and noticed tha some of the medical history information I disclosed to the previous Dr.was not documented so my insurance was not covering the procedure recommended then. She ordered me to complete some labs, and she was able to get my procedure approved by my insurance 100%. I left from my appointment with her happy and satisfied with the informed provided. I absolutely recommended going with her.

She listened intently, she reviews records from the hospital b4 my appt she was informed. Her office staff were all very knowledgeable I hope I can find a Gp with same qualities!

Tell me why I have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor! It’s like this every time I go and I’m the very first patient! That makes no sense! They have a sign up that states sometimes the wait time can exceed 2 hours… more like ALL the time and it’s with ALL the doctors here! Even for the very first patient I get here 10-15 mins early already established patient and still they can’t show up on time or begin on time! Talk about being rude and unpleasant and professional for NOT starting on time! I’ve got a life too and patients time are just as valuable as those in the office and the doctors. Why don’t you guys TRY starting on time if my appointment is at 8: 30 I expect to see the doctor AT 8: 30! NOT 9: 30 or 10: 30

First appointment and I was very pleased. He was very patient and listened to me. He heard my history of my medical ordeal.

This facility was very clean, spacious and the staff and nurses were very nice and helpful. I recommend this place highly. Dr. Nicole Grigg was very nice and caring an took her time to listen to my problem. My appointment was given the same week I called a didn’t take long to be seen even though there were lots people waiting.

Dr. Martínez genuinely cares about your health. No long wait and the staff is good. A little hiccup here and there with the authorization dept. It has not been a smooth ride with the auth dept. And the issues were not my insurance. Had some issues with Staff calling me 2 hr before their closing time and said if I didn’t pay they would cancel my procedure. I work 45 min away and tried calling to pay and no one picks up, have to leave voicemail, the wait gave me anxiety cuz they made it very clear that they would cancel my procedure for $40. Then I get a second call 2 days later to pay again and additional $100 again 2 hr before there closing time or they will cancel my procedure if I didn’t pay. The money is not the issue, the feeling of threatened to pay or I would be canceled and It’s unrealistic that they expect me to pay when I’m at work, 45 min away and they do my answer their phone. Overall the Doctor is amazing and minimal waiting time. The whole auth and threaten to pay or my procedure will be cancel is why I won’t give a 5 star.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The office was very nice and spacious. And Dr. Phillip was awesome. Very informative and tried get me the help I needed as soon as possible. I thought that was impressive. Thank you Dr. Phillip and to all the staff and nurses.
