If i could give them one star i would, its honestly embarrassing how they thought they could give my parents a couch with out cushions and another couch that was scratched and think theyd take it.the delivery men were rude and cold and called my mom contradictory when we said we didnt want them.both men upset my parents and myself and i they said that both couches were checked even though one was obviously used and the other was scratched.it’s utterly embarrassing.

Sales people will say anything to get the sale. Mattress doesnt last and the springs are awful and the prices are too high for discontinued items.

Bought a bed set and sales person snuck in a 10 year warranty. Now 3 years later I go to the store find out and try to get exchange. The mattress springs are coming out through the sides (reason I went in). I explained to the people there they said that since the mattress had a defect that they could exchange now it turns out that the mattress had the faintest stain and they won't exchange it. I paid $64 for someone to come look at my mattress and say they can't do it.

I highly recommend Texas Discount Furniture, they were very helpful and resourceful. I was able to find a beautiful queen mattress for a awesome price!

I love this place. I went yesterday to buy a new bed set and all staff is really nice and helpful. They were willing to answer any question with out hesitation. Would definitely would recommend this place!

This comment has to do mainly with the service. While looking at the furniture in store, the manager started to tell one of his employees how she wasn’t learning among rude other things in front of us instead of speaking to her in private. We thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional for him to do. They just lost of customer because of that.

We recently purchased a queen bed at Texas Discount Furniture. Steve was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We were in a tight spot to make this purchase and he went beyond the call of duty to assist. Highly recommend their service and will definitely purchase again!

I would never buy furniture there anymore I bought a table supposedly it was wood When brought it to my house in one months the wood became skating it was compressed wood and they told me it was pure wood I have less than a year you had factory warranty they told me they brought it to my house I have to pay $45 that's nonsense never would I buy furniture and nobody else buys furniture there again the promise and they don't do it
