Drivers have bad attitudes. Always trying to find a excuse just all around bad customer service. Will try to over charge you.

Bunch of crooks who will do whatever it takes to overcharge you. Lazy workers who only put effort into trying to gouge you

You can tell this company is run by someone that wants money and doesn't like people. Website lists $66 minimum and no instructions about bringing in a load. When you get there, the minimum is $82.50. Then the bags of trash I had, that didnt even come above the sides of my truck, constituted another $20 charge for not being tied down. Then I wanted to pay with my business credit card and I was told "It's going to get more expensive. " It was 4 bags of carpet padding. I would love to meet the owner of this place.

Never had a good experience here.

First time we had two vehicles one had a couple of items we needed to put into the other. We stopped and loaded the items into the vehicle and left the other vehicle behind. When we got up to the counter they said that they saw us loading the items in the other vehicle and as a result they were going to charge us for two vehicles. Absolute lunacy.

Second time I tried using a corporate card and they said that if I used a corporate card they would charge me double ($170 instead of $85).

I mean, my expectations of the level of customer service at a dump aren’t that high…but they blew me away with the lack of tact and trying to rip you off.

Similar to the DMV. You need your water bill if you can go for free and not anything else…yes they are that picky. Maybe it was just that one lady being rude because the gentleman said to just use their driver’s licenses. You give a person a clipboard and they think they’re the boss. The guys helping dump were great though.

Waaaayyyy overpriced, both for demoing and at the resale shop. You're a landfill resale shop! Get over yourself!

I waited for the trash truck to come and nothing has been paid for 3 months and they have only come once a month and its staff very bad. $$but the collection$$ system is very good and everything works well

117$ for the minimum of trash is ridiculous. Especially for just having a few items on the back of a short bed pick up. Way over price why in the hell they need so much money to dispose of trash that’s going to get buried or burned. Where I’m originally from it cost 5$ for trash might as well sell my leg and kidney to be able to throw away trash.

Top Notch crew and facilities i dont give em a 5 stars review due thir insane high prices compared to the other landfills around Austin their minimum fee is 5 times higher but the rest this guys are good at what they do

Scammers and Horrible stuff working at the front entry area They will yell at you when you ask them why the exaggerated charges.
I was charged $140 dollars for a 12 fts trailer with branches

It’s a dump, they will enjoy ripping you off. Charged me an extra fee for not “tying down” the load, when it was tied down. They quite literally laughed at me like they enjoyed screwing me over. There is also a minimum charge that’s absurd.

It’s the worst dump in America and they don’t care and don’t have to care. I’m sure they will get pleasure reading this review.

So just know you will be completely ripped off but what other options do you have?

Everyone there charges you like they get a cut. It’s a total ripoff there’s always “new fees” yet they find a way to charge you the most or to make your day as difficult as possible like you don’t already have a bad day having to be thre. It went from $90 to $172 dropping it in the bins to now I have to pay $176 and drop it in the back. I just wish I had the time to straight everything with upper management. This people all feel extremely entitled and shouldn’t work there im only referring to the people in the office the workers I have no issue with.

Absolutely terrible service. If you can select a different company for your disposal service, I’d recommend it. Their customer service is extremely awful and they make no attempt to work with the customers.

Overpriced.it will cost about $107+tax for ONE twin box spring, or any mattress for that matter, according to their pricing! Here’s a breakdown: min is $66. They add all fees after that’s established. A single twin box spring is $25. Then a $16 environmental charge for small load which is laughable coming from a dump btw. Brings us to $107. Add tax and a couple other small fees I can’t remember to that. The minimum should be assessed after the fees are added. I turned around and won’t be going back.

The amount of disrespect that came from the supervisor and manager at the gate is out of this world. To be that rude and arrogant it takes a special type of person. The normal staff at the window are perfectly fine. The supervisor came out of her way to come to stop us from dumping at the gate. Then the manager had the audacity to say if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else! Let’s just say yes that’s true. I will never come back. I know my one amount of business won’t take this company down but hopefully they get what is coming.
