Matt did an awesome job on my 11 months warranty inspection. Courteous, professional and has a keen eye for details. He was able to point out several items that needed correction which I wouldn't have noticed on my own. I totally recommend him!

Matt was fantastic, I’m a real estate agent, and I hired him to inspect one of my own personal homes. His report was more detailed than any other inspector I’ve used. He offered a WDI inspection as well. I appreciated him taking the time to go over the findings and explaining the critical defects. I also appreciated that he was not the “dooms day” type, meaning he wasn’t going to tell me everything was a huge problem when it wasn’t. He reported everything he found however, he made sure to tell me when a problem was out of todays standards and not as critical (I was buying an 80’s home). I also appreciated that he wasn’t trying to up-sell me on add on inspections. Lastly, I appreciated how genuine he was. I could carry on a conversation with him that was easy and made me feel safe. I can’t wait to use Matt in future transactions. I’m so glad to have had him on my side of the transaction.

Matthew was awesome! He was very thorough and did a great job finding issues with the house that needed to be fixed or corrected. He was even knowledgeable of current codes and safety issues.
