Before booking appointment I was told the basic allergy tests for my daughter would be $200-$400 depending on which tests are ordered. Then we get an email saying the cost would be $800. When I call asking why it's doubled to quadrupled in cost I can't get a straight answer from the office on why it's more expensive just that the doctor could have asked for more tests to be done and to prepare to be there between 2-3 hours. We get there, pay the $800, receive only the basic allergy tests according to the nurse, and within 30 minutes we were already done with the testing. We also didn't even see Dr. Moore about any concerns - they said to schedule a follow up appointment.

Dr. Moorehead is great and the surgical staff are top notch. However, the Business Office and Insurance Verification staff at Texas ENT Specialists do not return calls and there is no way to get someone to call you back given their call automation system. If not for Dr. Moorehead, I would and may still go elsewhere because of them.

I’ve had a great experience. Been coming for allergy shots for a couple of years. They have a great check in system, the staff is always friendly, and they are very safe with covid procedures.

The quality of care of Texas ENT, formerly Rosewood ENT, has gone down drastically over the years. Last 3 appointments I have waited for then 40 minutes to be called in, the doctor always seems in a rush when he sees me, and is usually in and out within a few minutes. They always run some sort of test which is usually several hundred dollars, (my share is 20%) but they seems to just be doing it to make $ from insurance. Most recently, my doctor submitted a prescription for me- it never made it to pharmacy, I even called the office back, they said they were sending it, next day, nothing. Unacceptable. On top of all this, it is impossible to reach them on the phone! I have had 2 surgeries with the doctor there on my sinuses, however, this latest incident was the last straw. I have been a patient there for almost 10 years, but will not be going back. I will be finding a new doctor.

Doctor has a wonderful personality. Unfortunately, his staff is unorganized. I received 13 emails phone calls within three days regarding my insurance coverage. Two calls within 20 mins of each other; explaining different prices and demands.
My surgery was 80% covered but because all the hassles; I cancelled. Now, plan to go else where.

Just found out I owe an extra $113 "deductible" after I paid $50 dollars for a copay and my insurance paid $103. When I called they were unapologetic. I saw RANDALL BRAUCHLE who ordered a CT scan for my sinus which apparently is what drove the cost of my appointment up. I should have known walking into this place they were going to nickle and dime me for every little thing. BEWARE! Looking for a new ENT at this point.

Beautiful new office! I have been twice in the last two weeks, super nurse, she just started here in Houston, and Dr. Moore is great!

Love Dr. Brauchle and his staff, hate how big the practice has gotten and you can never talk to a live person on the phone

Dr. Cary Moorhead is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. I was referred to him for the surgical installation of an Inspire device to treat my sleep apnea. He and his staff answered all of my many questions, were attentive and fully explained what was to follow. My surgery required 3 incisions to install all of the hardware. I was discharged a couple of hours after completion of the procedure. Other than tenderness at each incision site for a few days, I had no pain or discomfort. Post op instructions were clear, easy to follow and made sense. I’ve had several prior surgeries in my life, and this was the most comfortable and uneventful one. Thanks to Dr. Moorhead and his staff for exceeding my expectations.

I was referred to Dr. Moore by my PCP for a follow up in regards to a left ear infection I had. The staff was great and my wait time was good. My appointment was at 930AM and I was out by 10: 30AM. At this visit I had my hearing, pressure check test, and the office visit with the doctor. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and I am satisfied with my visit. I would definitely refer people to him if you have sinus issues and allergies!

Great for allergy drops vs shots. I also had sinus surgery here and it was definitely worth it.

Price For Shots and Viles Doubled.

I was with Rosewood for 15+ years.

Texas ENT’s new “protocol” doubled the cost of the shots I do myself. This is not an insurance thing. I am cash pay.

They let you wait for one hour without letting you know why. These days with technology they can easily send text alert to patients that they are at least 30 min behind schedule. They are just arrogant and believe that their time is more important than yours

Got my hearing aids there. Go there to get hearing aid supplies. Like my specialist and their staff. Not great parking but always found a spot.

They were great until they sold out to Texas ENT.

I've been a patient for about 12 years, but will no longer be one because Texas ENT is now interfering with the patient / doctor relationship (in my opinion). And it's really sad because I've always gotten good care when this place was Rosewood ENT.

I just recently called to make an appointment with my ENT. What used to be a 1 to 3 day wait was now over a week and a half. Perhaps Texas ENT is overbooking doctors maximize profits?

Anyway since this matter was more urgent, I asked to see the first available doctor to address the issue. Under Rosewood ENT, this was not a problem. I would merely see another doctor until this particular issue was resolved and then go back to my primary ENT.

However now I was informed that I would NEVER be able to see my original doctor, the one I had a relationship with for 12 years, if I saw someone else for an urgent issue. I said I understand that I should stick with the same doctor for continuity of care on a current issue but that shouldn’t apply to long term care.

Their quick snap back was that Texas ENT’s policy was that I could only see on doctor EVER, no matter how long the wait was.

It’s bad enough that insurance companies interfere with patient / doctor relationship but now we have medical conglomerates doing the same.

Dr. Craddock has been an amazing ENT doctor for my daughter and her ears. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spends time answering our questions making sure we understand the prognosis and plans moving forward. I have never felt that he is rushing to get out of the door. When we have seen another doctor due to a quick visit and availability we have never been disappointmented. All of them are qualified and great, friendly physicians!

Love Dr Craddock but the booking assistants are sooo rude! I’m pretty sick and given Dr. C isn’t available I was willing to see anyone who was available as I am cannot wait until Friday. She told me if I chose another doctor that’s who I would have to use from here on out. Uh no mam - I’ll use who I want. So rude.

DR. MOORE was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were referred to him for a 2nd opinion, and decided he was a better fit for the surgery needed.
