The doctor I had is good at what he does but I need my FMLA paperwork filled out immediately or I could lose my job and they do not seem to care at all, they just keep saying it can take up to 2 weeks to complete but I will lose my job by then. Seriously, if the owner is reading this can you please help me. I already made 3 trips to the office but they keep telling me the same thing. I and my insurance already paid in full for my surgery over $16,0000. I don't understand why it is so hard for you to fill out my FMLA? I seriously will lose my job. PLEASE HELP ME!

We have had great experiences with Dr. Anthis, Dr. Wani, Dr. Prichard, and Jamie their PA. They generally run on time and work to find same day appointments when we need them. Their communication with referring offices is also excellent.

My first visit was last week was with Dr Wani. It was a Wonderful & successful experience! Dr Wani was very kind & professional, Easy to talk to as well as a good listener. And I can say the same about the rest of his staff! I Definitely recommend Dr Wani to everyone

This is strictly for the customer service and not the physicians there. I was trying to be 100% that I had the correct locations and you could tell that I must have frustrated the rep. After the sigh I told her that I was sorry to make her upset. Then she said oh no you’re fine. I didn’t feel like telling someone how to do their Job. Besides I’m pretty sure Methodist Strives to have Great Customer Service! Dr. Anthis is a Wonderful Physician in which I would highly Recommend. I would rate the Customer Service as 1! However if I was to rate it a 1 then that would go against the practice a a whole, so I decided to rate the office at 4 stars.

This place is good but when you call, is takes FOREVER for someone to pick up the phone (you be deaf before someone picks up) and don't expect to get a call back because its not happening.

Just completed a Hearing test to compare with one completed 5 years ago. Audio tests was quick and completed by one Dr and the meet with Dr Wani.

He was just as professional as the first and explained everything.

Don't EVER go to this place to try to get help! I have never went to a doctor's office that only care about the money and not trying to help their patients! Never will i recommend this place to anyone

Horrible experience.tried calling to set up an appointment because i needed to see a "specialist" before returning to work.person on the phone seemed annoyed to take my call and kept sucking her teeth when i asked her to repeat things even though i said i had a ruptured ear drum and the good ear was suffering loss aswell.decided to spend my hard earned money at another clinic who actually cared since it was an out of pocket expense.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Joel Anthis and team, they are truly wonderful. I had a smooth tonscillectomy and turbinate surgery! Highly recommend.

Had a blood vessel burst in my nose post surgery. The HORRIBLE people at the front desk, like Taylor, left me sitting there with blood soaked rags on my face for *FORTY FIVE MINUTES*. They knew a post op bleed had been called in as an emergency, and never bothered to alert the doctor. The front desk staff here does not call to remind you of appointments and are always rude and dismissive. Dr. Suchanova left the practice and I plan to follow her to where she went, because the front desk staff is rude and incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
