Terrible customer service, was lied by the manager on Garland location about charges when signing up to membership.

I asked to be signed up for 0 enrollment, $27 monthly since I was going to do zumba classes only, I can't even lifting up weights due health problems what I also told him and declined any other services, he said there was no contract and asked to sign for the enrollment.

Few hours later I surprasilly found out a charge of $ 122.30 what a Bad business huh?

he signed me up for something else I didn't ask, what is so dishonest, them I asked to be canceled after few hours and still have to wait 3 business days for my money back on my bank account?

Great gym in terms of value you get. Lots of different machines everything is maintained fairly well. Only reason i wouldn’t give it 5 stars is there isn’t much internet service and management staff does not share the WiFi with the guest. It’s unfortunate because i like to send out emails and do some work while at the gym and it’s difficult to do so here

I’ve been going here for about 4 years now and it’s always clean and the staff is super friendly! Would definitely recommend for the price and quality

I love the equipment for cardio here and the lighting in the group fitness rooms is immaculate. The thing that upset me the most is that the tools to wipe down the equipment were empty at practically every spot. With Covid at our all-time high again this is very concerning. Also, I had to wash my hands with hot water because there was absolutely no hand soap in the men’s restroom.

I have been a member since the gym first opened. I have enjoyed it so far. Equipment is good and has plenty of options. Staff is helpful and friendly. Gym is maintained cleaned and organized. Overall great.

I have been to a couple locations and this one in particular isn’t kept up with that well. When I first started going one of the selling aspects for me was their daycare services that’s included in the bigger package. Unfortunately, upon first seeing the daycare area I was shocked to see how dirty it was. By dirty I mean the floors, seating area, and all of the toys were filthy. Made me uncomfortable having my kids even be there for a little while. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this gym if you’re looking for a kid friendly environment.

Having been a member for some time now, I continue to appreciate the positive atmosphere and excellent facilities at this gym. I must commend Mirka at the front desk for consistently going above and beyond. Her friendly demeanor and helpfulness make every visit enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a welcoming fitness environment!

My husband is a travel nurse so I always try to find a gym that will let me go month to month. They were running a special that didn’t allow month to month, but made an exception for me! I still paid the yearly fee, HOWEVER they did not make me pay to take my daughter to the daycare/child care they provide.

The gym is clean and never super packed (I go in the mornings around 9). Equipment is maintained well, things aren’t sitting around broken like I’ve experienced at some other gyms. It’s in a really nice and easily accessible area. Management is kind and every employee I’ve come across is super nice.

If I ever come back to this area I will be back at this gym no question. I highly recommend it if you are in the area and if you need childcare like I did. They even have a camera so you can watch the play room! Helps my mommy anxiety.

Excellent the only bad thing is that some people don't want to lend the machines but the rest is Excellent

Management and Staff have always been friendly and helpful for the 3 years I’ve been there. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
