Texas Famous Fried Chicken, Tyler TX

The chicken is good and freshly made to order. The area is a Lil sketchy tbh. I don't condone eating along if your a young woman.

Service was horrible didn’t even order because we were treated so rude and the lady with the clown eyebrows wanted to criticize what me and my daughter were debating on getting

My very first visit was too try the spicy chicken 3pc. And it was great. But as time prevail the spicy didn't work for me.i guess cause it was so fresh and good and eating it almost every other day I couldn't digest in the heat. But for the last year and half I've been enjoying there original fried chicken fresh and fries. Has been wonderful, the fish and shrimp is great. They have a lot too choose from on the menu. Shrimp fried rice, grilled/ fish, shrimp, Cajun rice, corn nuggets, seasoned fries, gumbo, atomic wings etc.

I am new to Tyler and I was driving one day and I decided to stop to grab some lemon pepper wings, best wings I've ever had. I love it

I always order to go from here but the food here is great for the price. Would recommend. Shrimp fried rice is amazing. The fried chicken is also great with good deals.

Fried chicken. Comparable to gas station fried chicken when fresh. Nothing special. Service was friendly but not real prompt on taking orders or getting food out. If your on a lunch break and have a time frame, this is not the place for a fast meal. Floor was sticky on the shoes, was not a cool temperature environment and the place lacked cleanliness. Ketchup packets were fermented about to pop.

Good food, excellent customer service, and a corner restaurant that is easy to access. The building is older, and the chairs and tables could really use an update. In fact, the establishment could really use a makeover/update.

Don't let the building stop you from stopping in, This is a great, quick chicken and fish option (fried and baked).

Ordered 15 minutes in advance. Told no mashed potatoes today. Change order, drive up and wait ten minutes for car in front. Was told chicken was not ready, still no mashed potatoes. Wait an additional 15 minutes. Very Disappointed!

This place is terrible don't eat there they have no idea what food is suppose to taste like. This place SUCKS

It's fried chicken, but only a step above KFC. The thigh was incredibly greasy. The fried fish was good.the order took about 20 mins to get, I will probably try a few other places. Hopefully they are better.

This Place has amazing fried chicken that doesn't taste like anywhere else. I used to eat here a couple years ago and decided to stop by for some red beans&rice.
Y’all I can not make this up…. I got halfway into the red beans and bite into a PEBBLE! Pictured below is the little rock next to the RedBeans&Rice

The best iced tea I've had in a long time. I ordered fried shrimp and red beans and rice.excellent flavor and huge shrimp. Great homemade tartar sauce. My husband had the seafood gumbo and gave it 2 thumbs up.
