4Do not get hit by one of their clients and never opt out for a crash report ALWAYS get a police report. I was hit by one of their clients and the agents have drug their feet with the investigation and determined me at fault. It’s been 3 going on 4 months since the accident I’ve tried to escalate the issue to corporate I am not pleased with this insurance company they are not fair even if their client is at fault.
I have never had a better experience while inquiring about insurance. I’m unsure as to why this place has so many one stars but I know that the insurance guy I spoke with in person moved mountains for me. I had a complicated situation that he handled so professionally and so gracefully that I had to write a review. And I never write reviews for anything. His name is Andre and he we beyond what he probably should have for me to leave an extremely happy and please customer. So when you go, make sure you ask for him because I would give him 100 stars but this thing only lets me give 5. Thank you Andre for being such a genuine person and for all your help. You’re incredible at what you do!
Pray you never get hit by one of their clients. I've had better luck getting in contact with the VA than this company.
They won't give you enough money to replace your car if you get hit by their clients.
