Extremely satisfied and have already recommended Texas Fiberglass Pools to my neighbors. Oliver came out and provided an estimate for tile replacement in a very timely manner.
Pricing provided was fair and we agreed to start the project.

Once my wife and I selected the tile, work started the next day - a welcome surprise. Oliver's team has been great. On time, quality work, and as much as they can, clean as they go.

We made a few small changes of scope and Oliver made some recommendations during the project - with again - very reasonable pricing or no affect on the original pricing.

I’ve been doing business with Texas Fiberglass pools for about 10 years recently had a leak in my pool and my pump would not prime when the skimmer line was open. Contacted Oliver he sent a leak detection person out and found the leak. They replaced my skimmer and a pipe which was all under the concrete. Once the parts was replaced poured new concrete and sprayed the texture and painted it. Their team was very professional and respectful always cleaned up after themselves. My pool is 38 years old and Oliver and his team are so helpful when I need something fix!

Our 17 yr old pool needed resurfacing badly. Rocio came out to give us an estimate, and again for a final check when the job was finished. She was available when any questions arose during the process. She was a pleasure from start to finish. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt, efficient, and tidy. It's only been a few weeks, but so far we're quite happy with the job. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our pool again.

I had Texas Fiberglass Pools revamp and refinish my pool recently and they did a superb job! It was a wonderful experience! They were expert in advising me with solutions, the prices were outstanding and the crew was so professional! This is typically a messy and lengthy process, but they made it painless. The folks at Texas Fiberglass Pools are family! Oliver, Suzy and their team saved my cracked and damaged fiberglass pool when I was ready to give up on it.

My pool had shifted significantly during a severe storm last fall. It was separated from the gravel base - and I was afraid it could not be saved.

Oliver and his crew came in and repaired cracks, leveled the pool, rebuilt all the plumbing and applied a new gelcoat. They also installed a new concrete surround - all in about five weeks. It looks better now than when it was originally installed!

They are not Business just residential, and they have the Worse service people they just come remove parts, that don't belong to them is property and took them without saying anything to the owner also when You ask if they will test the spa one of the guys will tell you the another department will come to test, that never going to happen in our case it never did and leaking that was supposed to be repair continues leaking when you ask them to come back and fix it they just throw the ball to a Lady then another guy and vice versa they go from one to the other and they don't want to fix Now they want to charge something that is not been fix.

Worst Service -Totally Unprofessional, don't go with their rating.

I hired Texas Fiber Glass Pool people to fix my hot tub, because their Google rating was good. Oliver came and gave me quote f around $7000 to fix the spa.once they started the work, they start adding more money and ultimately ends up around $19000. First of all they didn't pull the permit. One of their totally unprofessional guy start working and install VAC alert at wrong place, when I pointed that issue then they fixed it.after one week they told me work is done and start asking money without even testing.when we tested and found that they didn't even install any jet body, Owner Oliver accepted that and agreed to redo everything again, second time they install wrong jet bodies.jets are not working and water was coming out of air pipe.

Totally unprofessional people.

After having had bad experiences with several other pool companies, we were hesitant to dive in and allow yet another company to come in and tend to the multiple issues we were having with our pool. Our pool was very poorly installed in the first place and to keep our story short, we won’t go into details. It was an ugly mess, though, and the original pool company accepted no responsibility! After searching for many months, we finally found two companies who agreed to tackle the job. One company suggested “putting a bandaid on it” to hide all the problems with an estimated cost of $5000 to $10,000 in addition to a promise from us of a fabulous 5 star review. The other company, Texas Fiberglass Pools Inc, told us exactly what had to be done to “fix” the problem and refused to take any shortcuts. They wanted to get to the details of what caused the problems in the first place and do a major costly repair. Yes, we were hesitant at first and were tempted to go with the company that gave the lower bid, but in our gut we knew that was a very temporary solution. After several conversations with Oliver and Zule of Texas Fiberglass Pools Inc, we were convinced they were the right company to do the work. Something about them made us feel confident we could trust them and that they would do all they could to please us and get the job done right. Yes, it was a lot of work, costly, and time consuming. Do we feel like we made the right decision? Absolutely! Zule was always just a text or a phone call away. She was always reassuring. Always understanding and patient. Always explained the details. Oliver was professional, knowledgable, patient, and obviously very experienced. The workers were punctual, pleasant, polite and worked hard and efficiently. Texas Fiberglass Pools Inc.definitely earned Five Stars and we are very happy with the outcome of our pool repair.

I had an immediate response to my concerns, an appointment was made, and I received a quote the same day after technician came out to see our pool. A lot of knowledge from the technician and super helpful. We are in Wichita Falls, we were told by Premier Pools that no one would help us, yet this company did!
