Texas Floors, Cypress TX

Big box store with letters HD had carpet scheduled over 2 weeks out from order. I told my GC that my project had a tight timetable but he didn't want to cancel. Day of install GC calls me saying HD can't perform install since they are missing a roll and would have to reorder and set another appointment. I immediately sought another provider and in comes Texas Floors. Worked with Wayne on locating in-stock carpets and Anna worked magic in getting an upgraded padding at no additional cost just to get everything done in a week timeframe. These two provided exceptional service to get done what was a major fail by HD. So glad we found Texas Floors and they are now a trusted provider for future business.

We had a wonderful experience working with Texas Floors from beginning to end. We redid about 2,000 square feet of carpet. Wayne greeted us at the store and was very knowledgeable about the different products, and helped us find a good fit. He was very available and responsive with different questions that came up as we tried to make our decision. It was so nice to have a direct number and never to call an automated system and sit waiting on the line, only to talk to a different person each time. Once we selected our product (which Wayne came to the home with samples to help us make our final color decision and measurements), we worked with Anna as the installation coordinator. She was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to a text or call, and kept us informed with product delivery and installation scheduling. We were very impressed with the installer, as well. He was kind, worked very hard, and was very thorough with corners, transitions, and the stairs. Would recommend them to others!

We had an excellent experience with Texas Floors! From the moment we walked in the store we were impressed. We had already shopped around and nothing we had seen was what we were looking for. We looked at different samples and brought some home and were happy to have found something we loved. We are so grateful to have been helped by Wayne Hawkins. He was so patient, kind and helpful in the process. We feel so lucky to have found the best flooring and so very close to home. I Highly recommend Texas Floors!

It's not often I can give 5 stars to a business but I can't justify leaving any less. Seriously, our experience with Texas Floors was nothing but professional. I visited many other stores to shop around for not only the exact color of porcelain tile we wanted, but to ask questions about their method of installation. Going with wood-look tile planks, we understood that it was critical to get people who knew what they're doing so that it is laid correctly (so it looks as close to wood as possible.)
Wayne was very experienced and knowledgeable in the showroom. He knew we wanted a very professional and talented team and that's what we got! We were kept informed of our order and regularly updated leading up to our scheduled day for installation. The crew came when they said they would (something that is almost unheard of with many contractors nowadays) and paid close attention to details in their install. Our whole downstairs flooring was removed and the new floor put down in a very timely fashion. These guys work hard each day to get the job done and yet don't cut any corners or sacrifice quality workmanship. Wayne stopped by to make sure we were happy with the progress.
If you compare their square foot prices to other stores you may find others somewhat cheaper but we really feel you get what you pay for when it comes to workmanship. If you want it done right and avoid some of the nightmare stories out there, we feel you can't go wrong with Texas Floors.

This is the first time we’ve used Texas floors to replace our carpet which was 18 years old. We found the staff very nice to work with in helping us select the carpet that would work for our home. They installed the carpet very quickly after we had ordered it……. No supply chain delays. The staff showed up and worked hard all day long. They were professional and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with how it came out in color, style and installation quality. Would definitely use them again.

We looked at a few flooring companies and Texas Floors had a selection of great carpet carpet at a fair price. Wayne helped us select the perfect carpet. The experienced installers moved our furniture, removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet in less than a day. We were very happy with the entire process.

Did a great job with reflooring my entire house and fast too! Completed the job much quicker than estimated and were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Mary was incredibly helpful in the decision making process. Tony and his assistant were accurate and efficient getting the flooring installed. They even finished a day early. Definitely recommend.

Wayne was very helpful with helping us decide on the right flooring for us. As well as the ladies at Texas Floors. The installation team were efficient and friendly. Dust from any tile removed really gets into EVERYTHING. Hahaha. Also, it helps the installers if you can remove all furnishings from the area you’re replacing. Anyhoo, we love our floors and I recommend them highly.

We received excellent service from Wayne, our sales rep from floor selection to final installation. On the initial day of our installation, he was there in person to ensure that everything was in order. He also maintained contact and would stop by to check-in on how things were going. We are very satisfied with our new floors.

Mary was very helpful when it came to choosing a new carpet for our four bedrooms and staircase. She listened to what we were looking for in a carpet and showed us different selections that would suit or needs. She also guided us in what the installation process would involve and it was done in 1 day! We were very happy with the speed of installation from the time we chose our carpet.

Texas Floors (Ryan) has installed all of my flooring in our house since being built in 2002. Ryan and team are easy to work with accommodating and do a terrific job. Wayne helped us this time get some carpeting replaced and we are so pleased with it and his professionalism. Large or small they have come through every time.

We had Texas Floors make three trips to switch over from wood/carpet to ceramic tile. All three crews did a great job and Wayne was very helpful! Need to find the next flooring project!

We would rate them ten stars if that option was available! They were professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and friendly. The customer service provided by their sales executive, Wayne, was superb! Installation was fast (especially during the holiday season), and the installer, Kim, did an excellent job! We highly recommend Texas Floors! We will use them again for all of our flooring needs.

Halario and his team were very pleasant, helpful with moving our extremely heavy furniture, and installation experts. These folks exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Texas Floors.
