He has ALWAYS gone the extra yard at customer service and sharing information on products and techniques that has ensured my success in learning as well as operating my business. Bought some fox farm ocean forest soil here & it had a lot of bugs in the soil & the bugs just got worse.good customer service but that soil I bought was not good in my opinion.
