3Initially I wasn't going to write a review, until I called to cancel my child's membership and when asked the reason for dropping the class and explaining my concerns no sympathy or apology was extended. My child was in the preschool class, she learned absolutely nothing no progression whatsoever and we have been going atleast 3 months. There is no order when they take the kids back into the gym, it's like wrangling wild cats the kids are all over the place. They have been doing the exact same thing each class for 3 months now, and to make it all worse they usually start taking the kids back into the gym about 2-3 mins after the class was supposed to start! My 11yo sibling was also in a beginner class here and we pulled her out because she was learning nothing. If you want to pay to have your child have play time in a hot facility this is your place, but if they are eager to learn this is not it.
Well we've only been here a month and the coaches have already changed which we don't like. However, the New coach is very good. She jumped right in and the very first class she made my daughter feel very comfortable and that is hard to do.
Great customer service and awesome coaches! Already seeing growth in both my girls.
