Texas Hand Center: Diliberti Thomas MD, Dallas TX

First off, never trust the hand shake, or the smile, they're just a front, andIf I could have put zero stars, I would have.
Got charged for an x-ray that was never done in Dr Diliberti's office, and they refuse to adjust the payment, so they moved the rest of the payment to an office visit. Also, if they don't like you, they refer you to another doctor in the building, and say they can't help you, but I think this doctor can. I got moved around 3 times, and all three doctors specialize in the exact same thing that I went there in the first place. Trust every bad review, they're real, and I agree with all of them. The whole Carrell Clinic is a joke, including some staff, and doctors, but there are some good ones (both), but very little of them. It's sad when people (doctors), care about where they work, and not the people that come to see them whether it be their gender, race, or any other reason. If you've had a bad experience with this office, or another office, do yourself a favor and don't go back, it won't be any better, and you'll just get upset all over again, and by the way, this office doesn't get back with you for any follow up phone calls about the next steps to take, I've been waiting for a phone call after my visit in February, and here it is 2 months later, and still on call back.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Filiberto’s for 20 years. What happened to him and his practice? They’re rude and seem to not care about their patients. It has been awhile since I saw the Doctor. But after visiting and taking with his staff and seeing how unprofessional the office is. I do not recommend this office.
