Texas Harley-Davidson, Bedford TX

Service Techs and Service Director are fantastic, however, due to the treatment from the Service Manager Lauren, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Bought my 1st out of 9 Harley at Adam Smith's dealership in 2010 but wow! The new dealership is huge! Live in Cali now but Riverside or any other dealerships need to visit and benchmark what a HD dealership should look like. Its bigger than Las Vegas Harley.

I love shopping at Harley and to make it even better are the amazing sales ladies there to help or just share some joy!

This is an amazing dealership! The staff is the best of the best. They create an exceptional experience from the moment you walk through the door. I definitely recommend this place.

Slyden, Robert, and Travis (f&i) picked up my ultra. They got the tire changed out and delivered it back to my house within a few hours. Even gave the bike a bath.

The people so helpful and nice.a lot of everything that says harley.from clothes that ate awsome a neon harley clock and everything and of cpurse hundreds of beaut I ful bikes! Huge store and service dept.a lot of free information and help with everything.clean too!

Just bought a 2020 Heritage Classic 114 from THD. They have an excellent inventory and a very knowledgeable staff who can walk you thru the pluses and minuses of each model based on what you're looking for. There's absolutely no pressure to buy. If you decide to check them out, ask for Eric Smith. He knows bikes!

Great selection of Harley bikes and all that goes with them. We really appreciate the musical entertainment that Texas Harley regularly sponsors also.

Everyone is very helpful and they'll bend over backwards to make sure that you get the bike or part that you want!

This place is a complete joke. Employees will lie to get a sale. They won't honor half the things they say. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies.

It's a great place to shop, staff is great to the family and friends. Kid friendly and lots of family activities and great food.

Long distance sale an DC Texas HD went over and above to make it happen. Highly recommend this dealer and will return when I need another Harley.

Trash! The whole experience of trying to get my brakes fixed was complete trash! 3 hour wait to have them me they have to send my router to California to have a new one made and that's after a salesman lowballed me on my bike to trade it in on a new one! STORKERS! In Dallas chargers me $400 compared to $3000 at Texas Harley Davidson in Bedford! I'll never recommend anyone to ever do any kind of business with that kind of manipulation because of my knowledge about motorcycles!

Was going to buy tires until they told me the price. Got exact same back tire for $150.00 cheaper at place in FTW. Service/parts did not want to price match. Lost sale.

Most Harley Davidson dealers in Texas, unless You.contact a sales person.they do Not care if you are alive. You are supposed to give them money.before they work, and you are supposed to do all the work. They do nothing.total Communistic ruling.so buy 2 while you are there.it's your money.right.

Just went to look, thought it was nice not to get hassled by sales people. They were chill and friendly.

Yeah, it's a bit salty, but just bring a salt shaker with ya to cover what ya need to sprinkle the goodies all over ya!

These people were absolutely amazing! Alex, Ashley, and Hope all made me feel welcome and were super nice. I was scared since I’m from out of state, but they were so nice and so so helpful in helping me get what I needed. Thank you so much if you ladies see this, I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in Dallas again!

Buy the tire package and IF the tires got accidentally damaged replace them with Whitewalls.
Don't like dealing with dishonest people.
