Was on hold for over 3 hours.spoke to one person who was very rude and they proceeded to hang up on me.this place is joke.

I don't know what is going on. I submitted a renewal online for SNAP on May 1st. Every time I call the interview line, it says I don't have an interview and refers me back to the original menu. After an hour, someone finally answers and transfers me to the interview line. I have been on hold in total 3 hours. I took the classes at The Workforce and have submitted weekly my 15 job searches by noon every Tuesday. Is anyone else out there having trouble renewing their benefits. This is stressful and taking time away from me. Time I could be using to find a job so I can get off of welfare. Why do they make this so hard?

Submitted for renewal last month still haven’t heard back. Called office for an update 1 hr wait I explained to them what was going on and asked me to wait just to transfer me to 211

I went to apply for emergency foodstamps because they denied my benefits for this month. They were denied cz case worker wanted check stubs from months ago when I just renewed my case in January. I told her TWC only wanted me to ask for one more hr so I wouldn't have to do those ridiculous volunteer hrs. So the girl in the front told me I didn't qualify for emergency fs bcz I'm working. So I told her if I dont work I won't get fs either. Im jst trying to get my fs cz im barely making it since my husband passed away and my money has to go to paying rent, bills, car, phone, house supplies and my kids. These ladies do treat customers like we're less than them! RUDE!

I understand totally that everyone is short staffed right now therefore I am always great ful for people working hard but these ladies act like they are giving you their help out of their pocket. Other offices in El Paso especially Canutillo are so helpful but these people here Why would you work at an establishment that is based on helping people in need if it bothers y’all to help people? I pay taxes and child support. $540 for one child and when it’s time to take that and my taxes no problem but when it’s time to help oh not it’s a problem! Why make people feel like garbage when their situation already makes them feel bad I’m sure. I’m taking this to our capital. God forbid one day y’all need help and get treated the way y’all are treating people.

Horrible customer service. They talk to people like they’re superior. They looked at the people applying for assistance like they’re peasants. They need to get trained better or they need to fire them. They should not be treating people like garbage!

The workers here are unbelievably lazy and will only do the bare minimum. You are hired here to help the citizens of this community and instead you make things so much harder. Shame on you guys! 3 windows open and only one person helping. Do you not realize how much easier it will be on everyone to stop what youre doing and help the very few people in line? You need new workers who care about the community they SERVE!

Every time I get a different person telling me something different. I don't understand it. I've been sending and signing all paperwork, but it's never enough. I've been off my case for 3 months? ! No help, where help is supposed to be.

6 windows get only one person working, yet people behind the other windows just sitting there. Plan to wait 45 min per person.

Omg to get help in here seems impossible especially when dealing with Lorena Gaytan at the window. And the second you ask her why immediately starts raising her voice accusing you to be the person "yelling". I gave her documents to scan and take a copy and give me the receipt she claims they don't do that anymore. But lady in next window was able to do it. She's rude, and the worst to deal with in this office. Avoid her in that office cuz you'll get no where.

I mean how hard is it to pick up the phones? ! Every time I call them for any type of questions I am always on a hour and a half hold like I don’t have a job or other things to tend to. This is the second time I have had to stop what I’m doing just to go down to the office to get my benefit issue resolved. Not happy
