Discrimination by Only select certain people to do in-person interview. Wait extremely long time whole month for phone interview.

Friendly staff.computer system really helps in order to start the process. It was a little crowded and staff was asking people who weren’t applying to wait outside, so come alone or only with necessary (applying) companions.

There are many nice people but there are others not very nice, one of the unpleasant people that made me leave that place with high blood tension, it is Miss Jolin Matthew that far from understanding my situation her body and facial expression had nothing to do with what she was telling me, but what can you expect from someone who is taking care of you while she is cleaning her teeth with a toothpick and eating candy, in short that lady is rude and does not let you explain anything is blind I think at least she has high school because she only sees what a computer says she does not see the human being in front of her, anyway I warn you if you go with Miss Jolin Matthew know that the experience will be frustrating, And not only me, who went with her came out with bad news, it's that you go to a place to ask for help and do not expect to be treated with that attitude I do not understand how it is that Texas, according to Miss Jolin Matthew, is a state that does not help the students, it's kind of very weird, but god bless Mis Jolin Matthew

Wait time usually less than 2hrs for a interview, pleasant staff, and office is near a bus route

I have applied May 24 haven't go any call back to renew my application. I went up there just now to do interviews they said there not take any interviews right now. Work are lazy it big wast of time. All way lose important paperwork you give them say it not in files thst they did not receive.

Very rude! The woman I spoke with had no compassion for my situation when I called for info. I just moved here from out of state and have been staying with a friend with my 2 children and need help. Basically told me no I can't get help and I'm screwed. That I HAVE to have an address to get assistance.

The people here are so rude all the time and it says the close at six but when i went up there the security officer that was on his phone said "we close at five everyday" i would really appreciate if someone fixes this so more people won't waste their time.

Drive carefully bc soon as u exit Mercury Rd its there. I was here by 8: 10, they attitude ready for u in a kind way. My visit took bout 20 minutes. No traffic round this time

Everybody is SUPER friendly and great service and fast! I prefer to drive 30 min to this office than the one I have near by.

Been calling for at least 20 minutes I guess they dont like to help people when it's close to closing time smh

Im here now, and have been for the last few hours! Not only are they taking unnecessary time to deny people, they're are no bilingual people to assist fluent Spanish speakers! Get your customer service together!
