5I'm a single parent of two children and they denied my kids any help food or medical for over a month now. They tell me it was something to do with TWC I talked to them they told me it was the food stamps office. Now they said it's going to be another 50 days, the woman behind the glass acts condescending and is rude also.
Why have a phone number up on the page if your not ever going to answer
I went inside and asked to speak with someone in reference to medicaid. The lady pointed at a bunch of forms and told me to grab what I need. I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON.

There supposed to be our local office but they can't do anything to fix your case all they tell you is call 211 and 211 is a big joke and just messes your case up for every reason under the sun and no one even calls for interviews anymore
