Piss poor customer service, every chance we get we should file a formal complaint. Not only are they trash. They NEVER answer the phone! Ever! Hopefully you have a car to go see about them. I hate this place and Tyler has the worst food stamp system I’ve ever seen.

I wish I could be as incompetent as this organization and be able to still keep my job. Don't bother calling, they won't answer. If they do they'll just say you have to call 211.
