I used to be a patient of Dr. Phelps at the previous location and came back to this location due to him being relocated. He is a very attentive doctor who takes his time with you, explains things well, and listens to his patient's needs and concerns. Their office is moving to a new, nicer location within the next couple of weeks.

Not a good experience for me. My PCP physician is Kelly Felps who was previously at Continuum and is now at THPG. I called THPG today and said that I am having trouble trying to refill prescriptions and was told to go to urgent care to get the prescriptions refilled. Struck me as odd because they didn't ask my name or what the prescriptions were for.

The prescriptions are for blood pressure and cholesterol. Are you kidding, go to urgent care to get blood pressure medication refilled? No thanks.

What I learned is to stay away from physician groups like THPG and Continuum.

Stay away from this fraudulent place! I went in for allergy shots at the beginning of the year before covid hit. I started the program and had to stop because covid deemed it none essential. Now they are billing me for appointments when I haven't been there since march! I kid you not they billed me for 3 appointments that never happened totaling $3600. I called main number to dispute and am about to take legal action against them! This is the worst medical fraud I have ever seen. I will update this if something changes!

Fraud! Trying to charge me for multiple appointments I never made or went to. Saying that I now have a $3600 bill! This is fraud on every level possible!

Very confused about some of the reviews? Everyone at this office is professional, friendly, and experienced. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. All my questions and concerns have been addressed without any issues. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Bright and her staff are great! I’ve never had issues waiting forever or feeling like I wasn’t cared for. Dr. Bright is one of the most intentional doctors I’ve ever had. She listens carefully, asks questions to better understand and appropriately treat me, and is encouraging and willing to walk through the process together for whatever I’m coming in for. Her staff is friendly and accommodating as well, and I’m grateful for an office that utilizes tools like MyChart online to follow up with detailed notes about labs, visits, etc.

New to the area from Chicago and fully disappointed in this doctors office. First appointment - messed up my lab blood work and I had to come back in for another sample, stuck me with a nurse practitioner since the doctor was too busy and that’s all they could offer, took months to get my records in with no effort on their part to help in the process, had me come back in for a follow up without having my records which was a pointless waste of a visit since they wouldn’t prescribe me the medication I have been on for 10+ years without my records, they called and canceled my next appointment because the nurse practitioner was out of the office (why did they schedule an appointment if no one was open to see me), nurse practitioner they put me with quit or was fired from their office - no info there, finally got my records in and asked the doctor to review, doctor didn’t fully review the records because they denied my request (records had further explanation not reviewed) all from which prompted me to start all over now with another doctor. To boot, the lady answering their phone at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was handling my personal medical information when the doctor should have made that phone call. Guess the front desk person is a medical expert? Don’t waste your time with this office. Never once talked to the actual doctor Bright.

Update: I will not be returning the clinic. Although they were very nice, We are going to establish with an office where we can have the physical done at the time of the first visit. I feel much more confident that I'm not getting milked for every separate need or issue.

Original post: I'm unsure of how many starts to give this office. I had my first visit at the office which was very pleasant. Everyone was very polite and professional. What is confusing to me is that when I scheduled the appointment I explained that I needed to establish care, get my basic well visit exam, regular testing referrals for patients at or above age 50, etc. Once I was there, he listened to my heart & lungs & refilled 2 prescriptions. One RX was called in incorrectly, but the office was quick to correct the problem. My confusion is. I asked the FNP about other anti-inflammatory options for back pain & I was told that I would need to schedule a pain evaluation at a different time. Fair enough. I asked about mammogram & colonoscopy referrals & was told that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for a wellness exam. He stated that obviously an exam would take more time than is allotted at the new patient appointment. Each of these appointments will be at least $200 according to the front desk. I was going to establish care for the rest of my family, but now each one will need to be seen a minimum of 2 times just for an exam. That's $400 each and 2 separate days off per family member. WOW! I'm not sure what to think. I guess I'll be asking co-workers & church members for recommendations. I feel like I got duped by good reviews. Again, the office staff & NP were very pleasant, I'm just very disappointed in feeling like I'm being strung along.

AVOID. I started as a patient of Dr. Adeniran, who is no longer with the clinic. She took one look at my resting heart rate in the low-40s and sent me to a cardiologist; scared me for weeks until the cardiologist patiently explained that anyone who runs as much as I do will have a low resting heart rate. No one at this clinic could ever manage to write my prescriptions accurately, no matter how many times they were resubmitted by the pharmacy. Played games with my refills, refusing to issue more Rx refills for life-sustaining insulin until I went in for cholesterol tests. So you see they like to order LOTS OF UNNECESSARY TESTS, that's their basic grift. If you want to know why health care costs are so high in this country, it's thanks to clinics like this. I intend to inform my insurance company accordingly.

I'm confused by the negative reviews. I actually double checked the address. We've gone to Dr. Bright for a couple of years now and all of the staff has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond when I call with questions. The nurse practitioners and doctors are very knowledgeable, have excellent bedside manner, are not quick to prescribe me pills (which is important to me), actually take time to listen, and are respectful of my choices in my treatment. I'm very pleased with the pricing and have never had to wait for more than 30 minutes if even that long.

My husband is a patient and has raved about his experience. I was less than impressed by their customer service over the phone.
I’ve worked in a OBGYN office for years and understand the scheduling process; especially when there is absolutely NOTHING available on the schedule and how to communicate that.

However, when someone would tell me (a) I have insurance, (b) my husband is already a patient (c) I’m sick and am willing to see a P. A, I would do whatever possible to get them seen and communicate EVERY level of an expectation from the wait time, etc.
My experiece was met with a simple “ we have nothing, I’m sorry. You can come in next week. ”
Lady, I’m sorry. You just cost your practice two insurance-paying customers.

I have been to this physician twice and have waited 3 hours between the 2 appointments just to see this doctor. I am currently waiting to see the doctor. It is 11: 25 and I showed up at 10: 05 for a 10: 15 appointment. Please know this is not an exaggeration. I will be finding another doctor.

I came in at 8 AM. People came in after me and are coming in for their appointment. Now it is almost 9 and I'm still waiting.
