I have gone to this family doctor for years now. Nurse Practitioner Scott Perry is an absolute ANGEL. I have always spoken highly of him and referred family and friends over the years. However, the office staff is another story. I had an issue, and one woman seemed absolutely confused and lost as to what was happening, and even admitted that she deals with issues like mine daily and they always get resolved same day. I’m talking about a simple fax. The office manager seems miserable. I was trying to make contact with her after being transferred, and she refused to call me back. I finally was able to speak with her and she had the sheer audacity to interrupt me mid sentence with an attitude to tell me she’d taken care of my issue. Well if it was resolved, why didn’t I receive a call back saying so? They have an entire answering machine that requests a call back number, and for what? She seems like she just does not want to be there, or do her job. It’s unfortunate. Due to the way I’ve been treated, I’m now going to find another doctor because I do not feel welcome by the staff whatsoever. If they’re confused and aggressive towards their patients, they have no business in the healthcare field. As someone who has worked in healthcare personally, and had to speak with patients and their families on a daily basis, the treatment I’ve received is appalling. Do better.

My family and I have been using this facility for years. We usually see the NPs, either Mr. Perry or Patsy. They are just wonderful. I cannot stress how nice and compassionate both of them are. Also, the front desk staff have always been super nice. (although i overheard that my favorite will be retiring soon, so that's sad for us but good for her!) After we moved to Cleburne, we still travel the 45 min to this location in Benbrook for any General appointments as we have been so well treated.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. My family has been seeing Dr Paul for DECADES and trust him implicitly.

Was there last year, told insurance covered visit, it didnt.cost me over $500. This year in June paid cash $109. Last week tried to refill meds, 7 day supply. Called office, told I needed follow up fasting physical. Hmm following up on what? Asked how much it would be they didn't know. Rude, uninformed staff.rip off.

I went in to get a new prescription and the doctor asked for bloodwork. The nurse tried twice and could not get my vein- she continually said I was being too upright abs blaming it on me. I had to come back the next week to get someone else to do it and they insisted on taking another copay from me. They couldn’t hear me speak so I spoke a bit higher and got accused of ‘being upset and my voice will reverberate all over the inside’. I said forget it and left. Very rude people I do not recommend

This place is has horrible employees. The person making my appointment was rude but I thought maybe she is having a bad day. We all have them. Then I arrive at my appointment at 9: 58 as my reminder text asked me to be there at 10. I started checking in on the app but was trouble uploading my insurance card, so instead I went inside. The lady asked me my name and immediately said you should have arrived 30 minutes before your appointment, now we have to reschedule. I said your text said 10 am, as she is not letting me get a word in. Then she said well I’m sure the lady who made your appointment told you were supposed to be here 30 minutes before your appointment. She kept repeating herself so I said look as a suggestion your app should indicate if you are a new patient arrive 30 minutes before if not then 15. Then she said I apologize for that but now we’ve spent more time on talking about it so we can’t take you in. I said you never gave me another option! She then said you should know that as a new patient there will be paperwork to be filled out. So I told her what paperwork I filled out most of it online, I just had trouble uploading my insurance card. She looked at her computer and said well now we have to reschedule. This was not a quiet conversation, I am appalled that the doctor nor the manager didn’t come out. Needless to say, i didn’t reschedule
