I’m not sure what all the unhappy people are talking about. I’ve gone to this facility at the Flower Mound location for 4 years roughly and I thoroughly enjoy coming here. The receptionists are very pleasant, the doctors have always been fantastic, and this place is why I finally went to counseling. The doctor I was seeing noticed some things and insisted I try out counseling (I’d been scared to go, it’s intimidating to get started) but he insisted and helped me to set up the appointment. They genuinely care about the people they’re seeing and they treat you a human being. They’ve always been incredibly accommodating and understanding.

The only thing I will say is that it’s unlikely to get a doctor or one of the medical assistants on the phone immediately (understandable since they’re incredibly busy and they’re at work!) so please make the prerecorded message shorter! I have to sit on the phone for 5 minutes it seems like before I can leave a voicemail.
But that’s seriously the only thing I can complain about. They’re fantastic.

I’d stay away from all Texas family health care locations. Drs do not listen to their patients. I won’t be returning due to the way this company ended business. If someone wants to call, I might change the way I view this organization and change this review.

Doctors are great but office staff is very disorganized and highly unorganized and limited on resources. Everything from billing to basic needs requesting for referrals is a serious challenge for their office staff.

Good doctor but horrible office staff. They don’t return calls, are unaccommodating and neither do they address inquiries in a timely manner. Billing errors are very common, at the end of the year If you’re luck they’ll send you a check for the amounts they had overcharged you throughout the year. Very disappointing!

Dr. Adair is the most compassionate doctor. I have been seeing her for years and I love the care I receive. All of the staff are very professional.

I was in need of a referral, so I called about 7 times (and left several voice messages) before somebody finally told me I needed to go there and see a doctor. I went, Doctor was fine. I paid my co-payment (even if it was just for a referral). After 1 week I received another bill because my Insurance did not cover an OVERPRICED bill from this place, they charged me $ 325.00 for a visit for a Referral! More than any specialist I have been to. We asked why, and after about two weeks (it take long even to have an answer because the office manager is never available) they told me that they charge more if you are a new patient (which I am not, I just did not go there in the last 4 years). Wow!

Love this facility. The front desk women are kind and easy going. The doctors and PAs are very understanding and listen to you and your concerns! Nurses are very nice and sweet as well. Love everyone here.

I read such great reviews about Dr. Pearch so I scheduled an appointment over a month ago. I should have seen the red flags immediately. First, the front office staff took over 30 minutes just to book my appointment and take my insurance. They asked for my ethnicity over the phone which made me extremely uncomfortable as you usually fill that out on a form. I let it all go and was looking forward to meeting Dr. Pearch. Today they called for my insurance saying they didn’t have it on file. I can’t waste any more time dealing with the front desk staff.

I called to make an appointment and stunned and shocked they specifically aren't taking any new Tricare patients. My options are very limited already as we aren't stationed near a base.

I love seeing Brian Muesborn, PA! He always makes me feel very comfortable and answers all of my questions. Every time I go in we talk about our lives and it’s not just business. Great place to go:)

While I do like Dr Pearch and Hilary Bates PA, I am having a really hard time imagining myself returning to this office, which is sad because I have been a patient there for four years. The front office staff is rude and their insurance verification department frustrates the heck out of me. Having worked in the field of health insurance, I am well aware of my benefits and everytime I've corrected them, they treat me as if I'm incorrect. Only to find out after receiving my EOBs, I was correct all along. Their outside billing company is just as bad. I've been trying to get a copy of my billing ledger for six weeks now. After several attempts, I drove to the office to try to get it in person to only be told it's not possible to obtain it from the office and was told to try asking for a supervisor at their billing department. When I asked the employee told me a supervisor would not be any more help. I asked where they are located so I could come speak with someone in person to which I was told he could not give me that information. The office itself in Flower Mound has so many providers that the waiting room is always full and the staff treats you like just another number. Overall, Drs and PAs are knowkedgable but the rest of the experience is enough to make me question whether or not I'll return.

Brian Meusborn is an incredible PA! He will listen to you, trusts you as a patient, he always comes to an agreement for a great plan of action to better health. His mind is always open to finding the best care for the patient and evaluating or reviewing the care as needed.

I was referred to this office by my sister, who has used them for a long time. I came in with some issues and met with Brian- P. A.
He is awesome! Very thorough and patient with me and my millions of questions and concerns. I felt like he really listened and took ahold of how to treat me. THANK YOU BRIAN AND NURSES! You have been a Godsend!

I love my Dr.office! I see the PA, Brian, and he is so wonderful! My only complaint is if you call and leave a message for the nurse they don't call you back in a timely manner.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Normally I do not post reviews but I feel it is very necessary in this situation. If you want a prescription and great customer service, if you give an office all of your insurance information and anticipate they will do their jobs, AVOID THIS OFFICE. The doctor I saw was so nice but he didn't perform any tests and it had been years since I had seen a doctor PLUS I was a new patient. The office staff is rude, uninformed and the least helpful staff I have ever encountered. I recommend seeing the doctor at Coppell family. The doctors assistant who was supposed to take care of my prescription never filed for a prior authorization (which was required for my specific medicine) and I tried for weeks to get a hold of her and never received any call backs from her after numerous messages. This left me with my medication which is LIFE OR DEATH for me. I am appalled at the lack of service here. Even the office manager seems unable to address the situation. If I had lawyer, this office would be sued. I highly highly reccomend RUNNING from this place. You won't get your medication, they won't be willing to help, and they won't do what they are paid for (for instance, filing with insurance so you aren't billed). I have never been so disappointed in a company or office before.

This is the most unorganized and incompetent office I have ever been to in my life. I changed offices immediately after they sent me for an MRI out of network and i got a bill for $14,000 and they refused to take care of their mistake. This is unacceptable and I am contacting corporate about this horrific encounter at this office. I do not recommend this office to anyone ever under any circumstance!
