21My adult daughter was just there for an appt. Doctors and nurses are great. But sure you cover everything! All medicination! They will try make you come in for another appt to refill a medicine that your already been on but forgot to ask them to refill. Not ok.
PA’s are caring and don’t just throw antibiotics at you for every little thing. They actually schedule tests and referrals to find out what is going on.
Young man working at the desk called me fat and told me to consider purchasing a shake weight.coffee is subpar.will not return
I’m so glad I found our family PCP! My family and I are very pleased with Dr. Eric Hames and his nurse Cory. We used MyChart for direct messages and schedule appointments with no hassle.
There was a mishap with front office. Make sure you double check and have receipts on everything but overall, every visits has been great.
They started out as a good group and then slowly went down hill. The communication with their patients, bills is all messed up. Getting small $4, $15 increments from collections from them when I’ve never seen a bill. I just realized that I needed to change due to them not informing my wife and I that our Dr we see isn’t even there anymore. And he hasn’t been there in over a month. The lady Juanita, she’s a peach! If they care about their patients or should I say (clients) then they wouldn’t have the careless reaction she did. But ever since they had a transition a year or 2 ago everything’s been downhill. If they don’t straighten up that practice will crumble. Don’t get me wrong them being open on Saturdays is nice but that’s not a fill in for back patient relations. If I could give them “0” stars I would at this point.
SO RUDE. I was mistakenly assigned one of their NP's as my PCP by BCBS, and when I called the woman who answered was VERY rude about the clinic NOT taking "Obamacare". The disdain in her voice was quite clear. I filed a complaint with BCBS. Horrible rude people. Avoid.
How about when they tell you a "test" they need to run is covered and completely 100% free.then months later you receive a bill a few months later? Oh and then when you call to dispute why you are being charged for it, they are extremely rude, unhelpful and decline to do anything about it. Will NEVER return to this place.
Over the years, the name keeps changing, but the service problems continue. PA's give you WebMD diagnosis, shooting in the dark to cover your symptoms.
Incorrect coding, just plain fraudulent billing, and passing the buck up and down the system to Tx Health Phys Group and back. Working the same problem for 18 months now. Many wasted hours. We have now changed primary care physicians.reply*********to Katie Borders****** I had already been to your office twice and talked to the office manager and the billing manager. Also six calls to THPG an hour apiece.you coded the visit wrong, you admitted it, and after telling me the "proper" charge, I paid it and yet you still send me bills saying I only sent in a partial payment. I have the cancelled check!
My mom has been going to the clinic, and has Mr. Flores as her medical provider. He has been really amazing with her. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Mr. Flores really goes above and beyond to help all his patients. My family and my mom (Ada) are very grateful that he is her medical provider.
They were very rude to me told me that I could never come back to their facility because of the way that they had treated me I acted out and I am no longer allowed to visit any help first anywhere ever again
Worst clinic I ever been, don't even deserve 1 star, but I m generous, front staff must be underpaid because it reflects in their service. They make you wait for hours (3+), and please don't even try to complain, they will give you every excuse posible, and if you don't believe the BS. Excuse and still conplain, well, they just send you a Withdrawal from Care Letter 30 days later saying you fail to establish a patient/physician relationship. I will recomend every one. Please take your bussiness to a Real First Health place. Again I am generous with a star.
This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had and I feel that my money was wasted office girls were not really that nice.the biggest issue I have is that I was perscribed medicine that needed pre auth from the insurance an doctor I called back and told the receptionist the issue and she asked me to hold and just transferred me to voicemail box which I was extremely confused so I called back again and she said I have to leave a message so she called transferred me back over and I spoke to someone and told her the issue an she just asked for my number to call her back which I gave to her.that appointment was on 2/5 and still till this very day I have not received a call back and the pharmacy said they are still waiting on auth from physician mind you I only had two days off work for this condition and I still dont have the medicine needed.and on top of that I had to go to another doctor which was even more money out of pocket because this matter wasn’t taken care of an still hasn’t been. I will never step foot in that office again nor recommend this facility to anyone

I take both my girls there.always get you in fast and are very nice people who work there.my experience is always good. I'm blessed to have found them for my kids doctors checkups or when they are sick.
Literally the WORST effing doctors office I’ve ever been to. Waited 3 hours as walk ins for our 18 month old. Rude incompetent staff, very unfriendly, kept calling our daughter a boy when she looks nothing like one! Once we were situated in the doctors room we waited an additional 30 minuets as the doctor and nurses decided to have chit-chat hour! Overall horrible doctors office, if there was a option for negative stars they’d have 5. Wouldn’t recommend this office unless it’s an absolute last resort.
Doctor Hawthorne is absolutely amazing. She is my son's physician and I'm considering using her for myself as well.
Dr. Flores is great, however if I could give this office a no star rating I would. The staff at the front desk is rude and they mess up my billing every visit. I receive a bill in the mail and when I call to clear it up the people in the office always have excuses. When I call the customer service number they always state "well the office failed to submit this to insurance". The last time my daughter was seen she was misdiagnosed. The P. A.that saw her "not flores" refused to do a strep test and said oh she has an ear infection. Well ok that's the same antibiotics but strep is contagious and an ear infection is not. We ended up in the ER at midnight with a fever of 104.5 and guess what.she had strep. We do have other people in the house so the domino effect starts.strep for everyone. Thanks so much Health First Fossil Creek. This office should do they right thing an restaff or just shut down all together. Also Dr. Archer has a serious "GOD" complex. I'm sorry but just because you have the title Doctor doesn't mean that you can treat people like dirt. People come to you for help not for you to talk down to them.
Have come here twice, I don't have insurance and it's relatively inexpensive, but both times they were unprofessional and both times they sent the wrong info to the pharmacy. Stay away if possible.
My children have been seeing the PA - Holmes for years now and we LOVE her. She's great with my children and she is SO understanding. In her absence we will occasionally see Hawthorne and she is great as well! I will continue to take my children here because of how caring the doctors are and how quickly they can get them in when they're sick.
Was VERY impressed! First time visit Wednesday, in and out yet quality time with staff. Even with all that I deal with, they were understanding, professional and knowledgeable. I called last minute again today and they yet again got me in right away and blew me away again with their level of care. Everyone was great from the moment I called until the moment I left their office. Very, very happy and will be back!
