I was referred here for a routine procedure. Everything was top tier from start to finish but I can only speak on the outpatient experience! The medical staff of Dr. Espinoza and Dr. Dang along with Nurse Woodson-Hollins and Technician D. Lee was amazing (thank you ladies)! I was initially super nervous but they all had a calming effect and extremely confident. I was there for approximately 3 1/2 hours and released home with no issues. The goodie bag sent along with me at the end was a nice touch.

The ER staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. The staff and doctor kept talking over my husband as he tried to explain what was happening, but they wanted to hear it from me- while I was barely conscious enough to get words out!

Once I was more cognisant, the doctor would as questions and continue to talk over me as I tried to answer. He ignored my symptoms, and when I directly called out his poor behavior, he gave me a non-apology for how he "may have made me feel" and told us that the hospital is "not equipped to help people who aren't actively dying. "

And if you don't use your first name for whatever reason, be prepared to be disrespected, lectured to, and dead named every time you try to correct them.

It sucks, because there are some amazing staff members here, but their greatness is overshadowed by the disrespectful, transactional, and negligent treatment of most staff members.

They are now giving me the run-around to get a referral to someone who could actually help me. Coming to this ER was probably one of the worst mistakes I could have made while having a medical crisis.

I'm filing multiple complaints for this mistreatment, and I will not be returning.

We were overjoyed to welcome our first child at Texas Health Frisco, and couldn't be happier with the amazing care and support we received. The staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Their personal attention was remarkable, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire journey.

The facilities at Texas Health Frisco were top-notch, clean, and modern and the nutrition was on point which is not what you often hear about hospitals.

One standout individual in our experience was our Nurse Laverne, whose exceptional service and infectious positivity left a lasting impression on us. Not only did Nurse Laverne provide expert care, but she also kept us laughing and uplifted throughout the week. Her dedication and genuine concern for our well-being made a significant impact, turning what could have been a stressful time into a memorable and heartwarming experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Texas Health Hospital to any expecting parents, confident that they will receive the same outstanding care and support that made our journey so special.

They refused to treat me in the ER. They told me to go to a low cost clinic since I didn’t have insurance. I was told masks were mandatory but none of the nurses were wearing them. I felt like I was being discriminated against. Same thing happened at the location in Plano.

I had surgery today at this facility and I have never been this impressed with a hospital. I am a Nurse Manager at a different facility, so I know what great care looks like. This place has blown me away! The nurses are fantastic, anesthesia team did a phenomenal job educating me, and every single person has washed their hands and verified my identity prior to care. The rooms are gorgeous, the food has been wonderful and the staff have been so attentive.

This hospital is very clean. Never overcrowded. Staff polite and timely for 2 days or 21! I wouldn’t take family anywhere else. In my family: ruptured and perforated ulcer gone septic (21 days) and they saved her life. Salmonella poisoning (5 days), particulate specific acute double pneumonia (8 days). The food is even pretty darn good too!

I would not recommend ER at this location after what happened to me there.

Please check other negative reviews as well. Self-care is a kind act for loving yourself. Do not waste it here!

I delivered my baby a little over a week ago at THF. The facility was top notch. The L&D room and postpartum room both were spacious and comfortable. The nursing staff was outstanding with the level of care provided! I cannot express how much I appreciated them! They took such great care of myself and my baby. Allison was amazing during l&d and the team of nurses that came to help her at the end were great. Wish I could remember all of their names to call them out specifically but seriously the entire nursing staff was so supportive and kind. Lilly took care of my daughter and I the first night when we moved to the postpartum room. She took great care of us both! Truly appreciate all of the staff at THF for such a nice experience during this exciting time.

I would have given the hospital 4 stars if it wasn’t for being charged for tests that were given to me without my knowledge.
How is it okay to charge someone a pregnancy test among other tests without letting the patient know? Disputing a charge is a mess as apparently pregnancy tests for women are standard. If I had my period a week or two ago, am on birth control, I feel pretty confident a pregnancy test is not needed.
As they were about to draw blood they casually mentioned it was to check my vitals or something. I just nodded which I now regret. That blood test almost charged $2000 and the COVID test was about $600.
Thankfully my insurance covered majority but I would stay away if you don’t have any medical insurance. I will likely stay away unless I find myself in a serious injury and even then I would search for a different hospital.

Terrible physician assistant and assitant/nurses. I went for a annual check up on August 17. I was told the doctor has to wait 9 months so I was forced to see the physical assistant if I want to get done before end of the year. The PA did not seem to care much during the whole process. The nurse I met that day was nice and good. But after the blood test result came out. An assistant called me and tried to explain my blood report. All she said was to read the result which I can read it myself. When I asked her questions, she has no knowledge to answer. She then asked another more "expereinced" assistant to call me. That was the worse person I talked to in this facilities. When she cannot answer my questions, she claimed I yelled at her, so she has to cut my line and end the conversation. I was asking her questions she cannot answer, instead of trying to explain things, she accused me of yelling at her and then proceed to end the conversation.

A week later, I got a message through their portal saying I owe them $62.11. I was shocked as I have never have to pay a dime for standard annual check up for decades anywhere I went. I sent an email telling them they must have made a mistake because the PA did not tell me she is doing anything that involves any extra charge. It took them 17 days to reply that message. Came back they did NOT expalin why there is a charge but just said all codes correct and you need to pay. I replied and asked for their manager to call me. When I looked at the details again, there is an item called "Assay of Vit D, Calcifediol W Fractions, if Performed - 82306" which I have no idea what it is. Again, if there is anything required extra charge, they should have gotten my consent before doing it. The PA never mention anything so I thought it should be a standard blood work

This is a ridiculus facility with bad personnel from PA to nurses to accounting department. I will avoid them in all cause!

Consider this a warning. I had an ER visit at Texas Health in Frisco this summer. Before I was treated someone came in to explain what the fees would be for my visit. The man told me it would be $3,975. I've now received 3 bills from them for $7,300, $1,600, $300 and several other smaller bills that total around $400. They're con artists and scammers.

ER totally missed treated bike wreck injury on my shin and should have stitched; this negligence lead to close to 2 months healing, needing first to go non-urgent care and now a wound specialist doctor. Extra costs and time all due to a busted ER visit. This wound should have taken only a few weeks maximum.

An hour and half AND there were 2 non emergent people that came well after I did that they saw first.

I brought my son not too long ago and we had the same issue, I chopped it up to a busy night for them.

The staff acts like they are being bothered to do their job and don't like answering your questions. Don't waste your time.

My daughter was here for wrist surgery by Dr Bass this summer. She's (barely LOL) an adult, but still my baby so I was nervous. Silly me, THR had it covered.

I got stuck and wasn't able to meet her before she went in, but all the paperwork and contact info was completed thoroughly. There was an employee upstairs in the waiting room that introduced herself and gave updates once she knew who I was there for. The facility itself was very clean and welcoming.

Dr Bass called before I was even allowed in recovery to say it went well, what the follow-up is, and how to access the information for later. His incision was through a line in the skin that already existed from using her wrist, so scarring will be minimal if anything at all.

The nurses were amazing! Professional and able to laugh with us. Post op people say crazy stuff, my daughter included lol. They made sure she got the coffee she was obsessing over once it was safe and wheeled her out to the front when she was ready to go.

Great from start to finish. Highly recommend THR Frisco

Had to go to emergency. It was a great experience. Dr. Park was great at finding out what was going on with me. I was very happy with staff, they did a great job of taking care of me.
If ever need to go to hospital again, I will go here again.
