Texas Health Neighborhood Care & Wellness Willow Park reviews
3 I went in presenting with stroke symptoms. I could not move my right foot, my right leg, arm and hand were weak. I asked the doctor if he would do imaging. He said no. I literally begged the doctor to do imaging like a CT or MRI and he said no. He told me “it’s not a stroke. You’re only 29 and have no factors that would contribute to one. ” Mind you, I am obese and have cervical spine issues that give me debilitating migraines. I had also just taken a new migraine medication just hours before onset of symptoms. I was discharged with no explanation to my symptoms. I went to Baylor ER in Fort Worth and was sent for a stroke work up immediately. The stroke was seen on CT and I was admitted.
I wouldn’t trust this “emergency” room with any living thing.
If i could give a lower score I would!
Tho i will say the nursing staff was very professional and cared.
The doctor that came in was beyond one of the worst people I have ever come across.
Not only did he Not listen to anything I said, but he made my condition even worse folded his arms called me a liar and sent me on my way.
Thank you but I have already talked to the hospital and because the doc said it didn't happen.apparently it didn't happen and they don't care!
Everyone here was extremely nice and helpful. I did leave however feeling unsatisfied with the decision of what was causing my illness. The doctor told me they wouldn’t test my stool sample if it wasn’t diarrhea even though it had blood in it. I feel like no matter what the sample type is, it should be tested. That sample could’ve shown what was wrong with me and they just told me to follow up with my GI doctor. I’m very disappointed with the testing protocols. And now I have a $900 hospital bill for having blood work done and an IV bag of fluids.
