I noticed the low reviews when I made my appointment and figured they were just disgruntled patients. That was my mistake. I filled out the 13 pages of patient paperwork (electronically) and called to find out where I could email the forms I filled out electronic. I was told by the receptionist that, “We don’t have an e-mail. If you can’t print out your paperwork then you will need to arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment and fill it out again. ”

Why would you email me the paperwork and not expect me to email it back. I asked to be transferred to the scheduling manager so I could cancel my appointment. I’m not going to start a relationship with a doctor’s office when things start out bad from the beginning.

I’ve learned my lesson about ignoring 20+ reviews with a less than 3 star rating.

Hands down one of the worst specialists offices ive ever been to, My girlfriend has cant even get a diagnosis (Dr. Alkhersam however cannot specify after going to him for 1 year and half) the receptionist also felt when my girlfriend forgot her doctors name (cause i mean she has a brain condition) the lady them goes real nasty like: "You forgot your doctors name? "

She couldn't have felt any more disrespected and I myself right along side of her, felt the same way when leaving.

Can someone tell me if you attend without medical insurance, thanks

I really love Dr. Hulburt and his medical assistant Charles. They listen to me and abide by my philosophy on no medication that have not been out for at least 5 years. I never feel rushed or forgotten.

I hate that their are so many negative reviews on here. Clearly, the bad reviews are all pertaining to the office staff that must no longer be there. I have yet to have a bad experience with the office staff and honestly have to say that, if I did, the amazing care received from Dr Hurlbut and his assistant Charles would astronomically out weigh the negative. They are both so very caring and true to their calling. We have also seen Drs Lipenko and Alkhersam and they are outstanding providers as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Lipenko for approximately 9 years and I like him very much. The office staff however, is another story. It has changed too many times for them to even get to know you and know your circumstances. I believe this is his 4th medical assistant since I have been going. Without counting the constant change of the reception staff. As a migraine and neuralgia patient - if I call because I need to see him due to an episode, I expect to be seen relatively quickly, not 2 months later. During my last follow-up appointment, I got there ONE minute late, there was nobody in the waiting room and I was told I needed to reschedule for two months later -? !? ! I know he would not agree to this, but he probably never found out. I just wish he did.
