Texas Health Orthopedic Surgery Center Heritage is the best place to have procedures done. The staff is highly qualified, very professional and friendly. Dr. Christopher Tucker is the best Orthopedic Pain Specialist I have ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Pain Specialist!

You process of contacting people a day before surgery needs to be re-evaluated. This caused stress. Information reduces stress.

I went to the surgery center 8/21/23 at 4pm to get medical records to send to my insurance, I was informed that both people were out for the day and this lady was unable to access anything, she told me to call back the next day and my records could be emailed to me after I signed a consent, I then asked her to give me the consent to sign so I wouldn't have to drive back out and informed her the matter was pressing, she didn't know where they were either. I asked her why there wasn't a person here that could help? , she replied, " It is 4pm and she had to go to the bank" I definitely can tell time and the building closes at 5pm, so being passive aggressive isn't going to help. The billing department is questionable too, they give you a quote for one price and it magically always goes up, the doctors are great for the ones that I've had, the nurses are hurried and barely give you time to get your bearings after surgeries before they roll you out, it's all about the money.

Dr. Tucker has helped take away my back pain to the point I was walking 7 miles a day in Europe. He is wonderful.

Dr Fleager and staff are 1st class! Highly recommend them for all your orthopedic and surgical needs! I personally have had to successful surgeries (shoulder and bicep tendon) with Dr Fleager and I am better than new! As a CrossFit Athlete, I need my body in tip-top shape and Dr Fleager has helped me attain homeostasis!

I had an injury to my right index finger due to an auto accident. Dr. Fleager did surgery on my finger to relieve pain and restore mobility. She did warn me that I could have some limitatons due to the type of injury. I do experience a bit of weakness with my index finger when opening jars or packages, using knives, etc. I appreciate the concern she showed to me during the healing process and I would encourage anyone needing hand surgery to make an appointment with her. I never believed when I had my accident that I would every have this much use of my right hand.
She is the best!

I had hand surgery here yesterday and it went fine. I liked the online checkin process which meant less time filling out paperwork by hand. Check in was smooth. My only complaints were the billing office called a couple days before my surgery to tell me the price. I would have appreciated knowing that info earlier and up front because I had follow up questions for my insurance and this didn’t give me much time to contact insurance and ask those questions. Also I didn’t find out my surgery time until 48 hours before which caused childcare and ride pick up issues. They ended up accommodating but a week notice of the surgery arrival time would have been much better. The staff was nice, the office seemed clean.

The whole team is great at asking the right questions and getting a plan of action to get you feeling better. Highly recommend Dr. Tucker

I am so glad to have been treated by him and his staff recently. They make a great team! I had 2 procedures of steroid injections in back & neck. I trusted Dr Tucker & his staff. It went very well.
