3Horrible experience in ER on 9/7/23. My wife who suffers many issues related to Progressive Supranecular Palsy (PSP), was in with a rebroken arm after a fall. Waited in Hallway from 7am until 7 pm with virtually no care. Had I not been there, it is inconceivable what might have happened to her. When I asked the staff for help, particularly the evening staff, was very unhelpful, always responded slowly and in a curt & uncaring manner. After 12 hours in the hallway & some complaining on my part, she was removed to a room in the ER. Judging from the debris on the floor & the unemptied waste baskets, the room was not cleaned before she was moved into it. Eventually, she is to be moved to a hospital room.she never saw the doctor during the entire day. Overall, a most unpleasant & frustrating experience.
Great place to work. Dedicated team. Lots of behind the scenes planning and coordination.
