This office is run horribly. Between constant appointment cancellations, unexpected staff changes, not being properly informed about what to expect (which was immediately noted as a common occurrence), improper care, dishonestly and/or rushing and misexplaining options that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars unnecessarily, not being able to reach people, and nobody ever being on the same page, I cannot rate this office low enough. I'm sure some of the individuals cared, but as a system it is atrocious. I cannot believe I had so many problems on every level in just a few months. This is the only medical office I've ever had any issue with and it was so unbelievably awful. I'm sure there must be reasons because I can't see anyone wanting this to be their level of care but it's truly mind boggling and frankly unacceptable.

I've been with this practice since 2010. I adored Dr. Taylor and she took wonderful care of me through all three of my pregnancies and deliveries. Since she left it's gone down hill. I can't even begin to express my frustration with them. I go yearly for my well women and EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR they call a few days before my appointment to cancel it because they have an "office meeting" seriosuly? ! Why are they scheduling meetings during working hours and not before or after? Doesn't matter if the appointment was at 9am 1pm or 3: 45pm I've been canceled with the excuse of "office meeting" I just left my appointment after not being seen and waiting over an hour. No one offered to tell me they'll be with me in X amount of minutes or that they were running behind. No "sorry for the wait" NOTHING! It's poorly run and no communication.

This office is ALWAYS behind. Every appointment was running late and I never was seen on time. Waited an hour and a half to be seen for my postpartum appointment with my newborn. No sense of urgency.

I am very thankful to have found this office and Dr. Anderson. I had to locate a new physician to assist me with my hormones and regular check ups. The front office is professional & helpful. The physician assistants are knowledgeable & kind.
Dr. Anderson listened to me & my concerns and made a treatment plan.

I'm not sure why Texas Women’s Health Hospital has low rating reviews, but I give it five stars. Since the beginning of my pregnancy, the staff has been very respectful, helpful, professional, and caring towards me and my family. Dr. Marquita Anderson is one of the best doctors at Texas Women’s Health. She has cared for me and treated me great and always professional. Dr. Anderson is my OBGYN and she delivered my baby I love working with her and the staff alongside her that made the process easy. I’m truly thankful for the hardwork of all the doctors, nurses, and staff it make a difference when you care about your job and the people you’re working with.

This truly disheartens me to write a poor review for this practice as I have been going here for over 15 years. There has always been an admiration of quality of health care workers, their amazing bedside manner and how they were able to fit me in multiple emergency situations at last minute. However that being said, I feel there is such a huge DISCONNECT from the back health care workers from the front desk.
Not to blame in anyone particular but no one admits to any fault of mistakes. I had scheduled a wellness exam two weeks prior and request the day off of work to attend the appointment. As I am CHECKING IN said appointment, I am questioned if there was a referral and if not, I may be paying out of pocket. As I appreciate being notified then, they had TWO WHOLE WEEKS to provide a COURTESY CALL. I could have easily got that referral in that time frame but instead had to miss out on a full day pay and will have to take another day off work to attend an appointment. I felt the front desk does not appreciate my business or value my time. Mistakes happen, but this could have been caught if someone had reviewed my chart for a few minutes. If cell phones weren’t out on as much, maybe there would be less distractions. The front desk is incredibly important as they provide first impressions and have to review extensive insurance/treatment protocols, but being disregarded like today might make me reconsider future appointments.

This is the absolute worst and unprofessional place I have ever been to. Dr. Anderson is horrible and if you voice ur opinion they just drop you. Unbelievable what they are allowed to do. They messed up my medicine.the dr never spoke to directly except a handful of times that in a year. The office manager had no words or an alternative direction except that "we are dropping you". The nurses there take better care of you then the actual dr. The girls at the front are amazing and typically don't agree with the the decisions made or policies. I can't believe this office is allowed to treat people like this. DR ANDERSON completely is rude.doesn't follow up or through with me ever. ANDDDDDD they want to drop me because I question her obligation to me as her patient? Unbelievable. I warn anyone who goes here.be prepared to be last on the list of concern to your supposed doctor.
