Everyone was so nice and accommodating especially towards my crazy schedule! Never had a problem rescheduling if I needed to! Dr. Cunningham was always so attentive as well! 10/10

I was in an accident and was sent here. I was blessed being sent here. In pain whenever I arrived, pain-free when I left.
First off, at the front you are greeted by Val and Erica. Professional and great attitudes with everything and everyone.
In the back, you have the gentle/calming voice and energy of a wonderful human being named Sam assisting you with your stretches and of course with the massage bed. And of course the great Dr. Cunningham.she loves helping and making you better. Her empathy and ear just adds to her ability to make you feel better physically and mentally. I got lucky being sent here and got lucky that I have the opportunity to just meet such kind and professional people.

Your clinic/office is always very neat and clean. Both front desk ladies are very professional, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Cunningham is great and always patient in listening to our questions concerns and problems and offer solutions. She truly cares about the individual as a a whole and not just treating their symptoms. She is what a doctor should be like.

The doctors and technical staff are great, now the receptionist (Valerie) is a whole other story. She’s rude and always seems to be in a bad mood, which I know we all have our days but this lady can’t ever seem to smile or at the very least be professional. I have been to this office several times and each time is more dreadful than the next just having to deal with her attitude, she will leave a clipboard with my information right by another patient checking out, which is a Hippa violation. God forbid she sees you take your paperwork to the wrong section, she literally yelled across the room when I handed my paperwork to a technician instead of leaving it on the doctors door and said “ I said leave it on the doctors door! ” So I quickly put the papers in the doctors bin on the door, but was that really necessary? This lady has the mannerism of a trash can. She fails to recognize there is a person standing in front of her that deserves respect and dignity, we are already dealing with pain. She is hurting the practice, like one bad apple and my family and I for one will take our business elsewhere.

The receptionist is the first person you see and speak to when you enter this facility. Unfortunately for me she tends to think people need to take her condescending attitude. I had 3 separate incidents with her that were highly unprofessional. The first was on a clarification. I was dropped off by a Lyft and asked Valerie if at all possible could she inform me on which side of the building the Lyft would arrive. She rolled her eyes got up off her seat and left her desk area. If I could easily walk around the entire building I would not ask however it is her job to be able to provide information not give patients attitude. The doctor was standing next to me and even she just looked embarrassed. Then I called to give her my schedule for the week so she could schedule my appointments. Valerie replied NO you called me on Friday and said it would be X, Y, W. I replied no that was the week before, she replied, No it was Friday. It was the previous Friday, not this just past Friday. There was no way I called her on Friday because I got my schedule on late Sunday afternoon. That is still not even the point the point is How is a receptionist going to argue with a patient? At the end of the day the clinic needs patients. Patients bring in money, money which is used to pay the receptionist salary! Having an aggressive, testy person as such is not conducive to good business. Great Customer Service is a driving force for many businesses. A patient is already experiencing pain, discomfort, and other stressful issues the last thing they need is to have to deal with ATTITUDE. So I will not be returning to this clinic. At the end of the day my money is better spent somewhere were my presence is welcomed.

Wonderful staff everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the office is clean I always feel a little better when I leave

This was my first ever experience getting an adjustment and it was amazing! I felt better the second I got up from the table. Everyone is so friendly and the doctors allow you to tell them exactly what your discomforts are. They guide you in the procedure and tell you exactly what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a great chiropractor!

Dr. Hayes, Dr. Ramirez, Sondra, Valerie, and the ladies in the exercise and massage rooms are amazing! They are all very skilled and compassionate.

We actually transferred from another clinic. Our first doctor was ignoring us and had a terrible attitude. We were smashed at 65 mph by a truck. I had deep bruising on my chest, ribs, hip, knee, and pelvic area- all were excruciating to bend or touch- that doctor put me on a rolling bed about a week after our accident. I was in so much pain that I couldn't breath to say anything or move so I just laid there in pain until it stopped. Once again I was ignored by the doctor when I told her that it hurt me. I was scared to go back. I always hurt worse when I left.

I can't even describe the relief we felt after our first visit with Dr. Hayes and everyone at the Lakewood Facility! We walked out of there feeling a little better than when we walked in.and we walk out of every visit feeling better everytime. Thank you everyone!

Great experience. Everyone at this facility is very compassionate and caring. It’s hard enough going through pain but it makes it better when you are surrounded by people that a truly there to help you get back to “normal”. I’m grateful for the employees here that made a difficult time a little easier to deal with. Thank you for your help. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for help with pain and or physical therapy.

This place is amazing.not just your normal chiropractor. They are very insightful and care about the well being of every person that walks through the door. The office and surfaces are really clean and everyone is friendly.if you have a question for them.just ask them.they have no problem assisting you

I just wanted to write to thank Dr. Candice Hayes and everyone over at Texas Healthcare. From the front desk, to scheduling, to the therapy and facility, it is first rate / top notch. I was injured in a car wreck and Dr. Hayes helped make sure my care was excellent and tailored on my injuries. I really appreciate being treated with kindness and attention from everyone.
