Texas Hot Tub Company, Grapevine TX

Michael was fantastic. Came over to give me an estimate and fixed my heater on the spot. Returned in a couple of days with a new controller and cleaned the hot tub. It's gorgeous. Michael is VERY nice and friendly with a "I'm here to help" attitude. Honestly, everyone at Texas Hot tub has been fantastic for the 10 years I've had one of their tubs!

I had a great tech by the name of Daniel Shaw he came out and serviced my hot tub he emptied it cleaned it and went out of his way to go back to the shop and get a filter that I was needed. He was so helpful in teaching me how to maintain my hot tub. I can honestly say that I will forever be grateful and will continue to use him and the amazing company he works for. He is a great asset to the company. Thank you!

Buying my first hot tub from this company that said delivery was going to be hopefully October or November, was not so true. We keep calling for updates and Mr. Tod will say is looking like around December but will check on it and call back. No call back was made so I try to call the store back and was given a January shipment. We we're hoping to have it for Christmas but won't be the case and arguing with them is just pointless.

Todd Carter was amazing! He spent the time we needed to be able to make a good decision on getting a hot tub. He went over and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable, but added so much detail to each and every question we could ever think of asking. If you are fortunate enough to get him as your sales person, you will be blessed.
