2 The waiting room staff are nice, but both times my partner has waited > 1-hour after checking in to make it past a near-empty lobby.
Attributing this delay to “understaffing” is difficult while he awaits as the only patient.
First of all, the staff is great and helpful and the only reason I give this place a two rather than one.
As for the doctor, his manner tends to be very direct and short with no apologies for wasting your time. My main source of complaint is for a place that has very little to no people in the waiting room I have waited over an hour twice now with no notice or apology.
There is no acceptable reason for me to have to wait over an hour two visits in a row. If I can’t be seen within 15 to 20 minutes of the appointment time then the appointment time should have never been offered. This points to an issue in time management, and an inability to create and adhere to a realistic schedule.
