YALL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have serviced my mother's AC unit a couple of times and now her AC unit has Stopped working. They have had technicians out cpl times now and let us know it was going to be thousands of dollars to get up and running and was better to just get a whole new unit.when I spoke to The lady in the office she started rambling off numbers for different things that needed to be replaced and told me the owner or service manager would give me a call. After talking To service manager/owner he reiterated the same thing.when I ask them for a cost for the full unit he let me know that he did not have the model or serial number of the unit and would not be able to get me a price until I gave him that information. I was confused by this and asked how I was giving all the pricing and stuff about the parts and things the AC unit needed if he did not even have the model and serial number to get the parts and pricing? I was then told that his workers work long days and sometimes forget things and despite him servicing it cpl times now he does not know that info! Hmm Pretty shady how you can give someone pricing a number of thousands of dollars when you don't even have the model number of unit? And have even serviced the unit and put freeon in it and have no record of what you put it in? Yeah no thank you.pretty shady to me!

You could have had a new customer this week but the lady I spoke with on Saturday June 10th just after 3 pm had a bad attitude even when I was just giving basic information to her (my name and address). She was very rude and I won’t be involved with a company that has horrible customer service. Since you record your calls, please listen to them and deal with that lady!

I can’t say enough about Ronnie Daffan! We finally had to replace our a/c unit. Michael and Tyler arrived on schedule and were beyond efficient! They even played with my dog Gracie, who is very vocal! Thank you Cody, Michael and Tyler!

They came and fixed my heater. About a week later he came back, the same issue identified, the gentleman replaced the part again without any other charges.

Caleb was very friendly and through on telling me exactly what to expect in the future. Also, the lady in the office, who answers the phones, was very sweet and friendly.

Caleb is awesome! He’s personal and professional along with very detailed. Definitely happy with Texas Made HVAc and would highly recommend them.

The technician came at 7pm on Christmas Eve. He fixed our heat, was courteous and reasonable. We will use him again for sure.

James came to see us today to fix our air conditioner. He was very polite informant, prompt on his time when he said he would be here. He also it was very good at explaining to us the problem with our air conditioner and he was able to fix it quickly in one day. Best service I have ever experienced with any company. If you have stars I would give him five stars and call back when I need more help.

I called at 8: 30 on a Monday morning, James was there by 4 that afternoon, and the issue was fixed by 5 pm. A secondary, non-related issue occurred the next week. Again, James came out, diagnosed the new issue, and had a working fix same-day. A new part was ordered and the replacement was made later that week. I appreciate the automated texts to let me know that the tech is on the way, and I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. James was patient and kind with both children and dogs underfoot. I will continue to use Texas Made.

Justin came and serviced our air conditioner unit and was so professional, kind, and mannered and did such a good job. I highly recommend this place.

My a/c was making a whining noise. Based on other's recommendations, called TX Made. Because of the heat we're still experiencing, the scheduler worked to get someone out asap, to avoid an a/c failure. Same day as call & on time, Caleb arrived to assess problem. He was very friendly, thorough, explained issue & my repair options in terms I understood and patiently answered every question I had. I will use them for yearly maintenance and any problems that arise.

Hands down, this was one of the best service experiences ever! I had a brief interaction the day before my service with an employee on a service call for my neighbor. The technician, Brycen, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and he suggested I call the next morning to schedule an appointment. When I called, Sarah was equally a pleasure to work with! She was very thorough in gathering my information, the issue at hand and providing information as to what to expect for the service call. Then believe it or not. 3 for 3. Caleb arrived on time (actually earlier in the appointment window than expected) and was even more knowledgeable, professional, kind, polite and patient. He spoke to my husband so we could all stay on the same page and had everything up and running in no time. All at a very FAIR PRICE! I 100% recommend Texas Made for your AC needs!

Our AC fan motor died on July 20th at 9 pm during a horrible heat wave. Bryson from Texas Made came out and replaced it working late into the night. So grateful for the prompt & caring service! He had it up and running in 100 degree heat. Thank you so much Bryson & Texas Made! Highly recommend!
