Great selection of mattresses and furniture. The sales representatives are very insightful about each product. The furniture here is great. They even have a warehouse in the back with discounted furniture. I was very impressed with the quality of the furniture. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Easy to converse and ask questions. They also have access for those with walkers and wheelchairs.

I visited this place & the prices are extremely high for the quality of furniture they’re offering. The people was ok but I was turned off by the prices plus no delivery service

I purchased a mattress a year ago and soon after I started to wake up with backaches, at first I thought that I needed to brake it in but now I can only sleep in one side of the mattress because I’m afraid to wake up with a backache. I spend $600 or $700 and now I regret buying it.

Firstly I want to say that we solely picked to purchase our king mattress from Texas Mattress Makers because of the commercial, as it appeared to be honest surrounding any issues with their mattress, they would replace it, no questions asked. Well here goes why I'm giving this company a rating of 1. We bought our mattress right when COVID hit in 2020, the sales person was very attentive, answering all of our questions, being very patient with us, explaining that if anything went wrong with the mattress, we could get a replacement with no questions asked, as our mattress came with a 10 year warranty. Hearing this, what customer wouldn't want to purchase their mattress from them. Fast forward to where we are today, which I waited about 3 weeks before writing this review. We called and spoke to a representative about our issue, they looked up our account, verified that our mattress had the warranty, and all we needed to do was provide pictures of the mattress with no covers on it, to show where the 'dips' were. Instead of emailing the pictures, we decided to go to the store, speak to someone and there we showed them the pictures, which included a picture with a leveler on the bed to show the measurement of the dip. Once we showed them the pictures, this is where the whole experience changed for us. The salesman kept going back to the office area, I presume to talk to someone else about our issue, returns and says that they would need to send someone out to our house to physically look at the mattress itself. My husband is already feeling frustrated, as I am too, and when asked what the reason was for the 'home visit', they wanted to also inspect the 'box spring' as now the sales person is saying that since we didn't purchase the box spring from Texas Mattress Maker, it 'technically' voids the warranty, in which, we later looked at our contract and no where does it state that about the box spring. So my husband then asks what happens once you visit our home, the mattress is indeed a defect, we were then told they would haul away our mattress for repairs, which takes about 2 days. That's fine and dandy, but that means we are left without a mattress to sleep on, in which we've been losing numerous nights of sleep already because of the dips in the mattress. This nightmare doesn't stop there, when asked what else could Texas Mattress Makers do to make this right, he says, well we can give you $200 off a new mattress. Oh we were livid! Now it seems that my husband and I are just another customer that Texas Mattress Maker benefited from our purchase, but are quick to dismiss us when there are issues. As of today, we haven't resolved this because the commercials and spill they give about the warranty and replacement with no questions asked are just lies. We are truly disappointed and if we're going to put money towards a new mattress, it will no longer be with Texas Mattress Maker. I just hope the other mattress we purchased for our grandson holds up, and if not, we already have a head start as to how the resolution will go. Texas Mattress Maker I recommend that you revamp your commercials and training your sales personnel on the truth behind the warranties.

Update: the absolute best customer service! I’m recommending everyone I know! I honestly thought I had to just deal with the mattress that was too stiff and they replaced it.
It shows they really do care about their customers! I’ve become a customer for life!

Texas Mattress Makers made us a custom Vermont King bed and mattress (8’x8’). My husband and I each got to choose the mattress firmness we wanted on our side; 4’ each. In 35 years of marriage we have never had a bed that we both enjoyed sleeping on; until now! We bought the bed mainly because we have a dog and 2 cats that sleep in the bed and it just got to where we weren’t getting any sleep. If you are in the market for a beautiful custom bed and mattress; be sure and give them a look. They delivered on time and their workmanship is beautiful. Even threw in custom pillows to match the bed. Thank you Texas Mattress Makers!

Went to the store in Webster, the salesman was low keyed, knowledgeable, are extremely helpful, purchased without shopping other manufacturers. This was based on the fact that we only support local. We were called the day before and given a two hour window for delivery, the next morning we were called about 45 minutes before and surprise, surprise they showed up early completed the set up in less than 15 minutes, they were friendly and professional. Will recommend to anyone that is in the market. Extremely please with the whole process. Thank you.

5 years ago we walked into Texas mattress makers and made the mistake of walking out without a mattress. Last month we corrected that mistake, and I honestly haven't slept this pain-free in a very long time.
As someone with chronic pain I can't stress how important a good mattress is indetermining whether the next day will be a good one or not. They were so helpful when we came into the store and so patient with us, even after we tried every mattress about 2 or 3 times. They were able to both answer all of our questions easily, as well as make a few solid recommendations that went a long way in helping us select our mattress. One of the owners was there himself, and his professional and helpful demeanor was really amazing.
Delivery came exactly when promised, and we couldn't be happier with the box spring and king size mattress that we picked. They are so comfortable, and as promised after a few weeks they have adjusted for our bodies and are really a pleasure to lay on. I now wake up to more good days than bad, and I can't tell you how much that means to me.

Very Honest business, I got an amazing mattress from them and I only have Good words about it. It solved our neck and back pain.

First of all, let me say what an amazing mattress shopping experience this has been! In the past I've always purchased from the "big box" stores. Recently I've seen TV spots for Texas Mattress Makers. I was impressed that TMM is locally owned and operated! Everything is manufactured here on Houston's historic East Side. Plus, materials primarily sourced from Texas. I visited the Navigation location. Great selection. Cool, old school warehouse ambience. Noah was my salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained everything about the mattress that would be best suited for me. Such professionalism and no pressure atmosphere. I eventually settled on a mattress and box spring. Great, fabulous and comfortable product! Everything was super smooth from the purchase to the fantastic delivery team! I also discovered they manufacture other furniture as well! This will definitely be my go-to store for future purchases! I've already recommended TMM to others. I believe in supporting small locally-owned businesses!

This place is amazing! Their staff is very helpful and the prices can’t be beat. Customer service is top notch! Can’t recommend highly enough!
