The Staff was great, very prompt. Every one I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and very warm to talk with.my nurse who actualy performed the test was great! She took her time and listened to my story while getting everything ready for testing. She was so gental and through with me. Thank you to the entire staff at the SW Military Dr. Location. Joseph M Allsup.

Good service with all this going on now. I felt safe on the way that Texas Med Clinic is handling this 19 stuff.

After coming to this location for having fever for over 5 days and being tested for covid 3 times, along with having labs ran, the Dr. INSISTED I had covid and was “promising” me this is what it was although I had negative results. I debated with her that it wasn’t and that I was scared I had a real infection somewhere and that I needed more tests. After some shrugged shoulders from the Dr. I went to my actual primary Dr. Whom diagnosed me with a SEVERE kidney infection that was worsening by the day. He asked me why I took so long and I informed him of my experience with Tx. Med.his scoff and silence said it all. The staff is friendly but if you want accurate life saving results, please go to a primary if you’re able. They are too concerned shoving covid down your throat it’s not even funny

Never been to this location and had to bring in my son and was pleased with the friendly staff but one stood out and that was a Ms. Dana Ramos. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us, it is truly appreciated. Thanks for your knowledge, friendliness, patience and especially for easing our anxiety. This will be our new medical clinic for my family and I.

I’ve been to some clinic but this one. I can honestly say it was Friendly, Very Clean, fast service, n the Dr. Salvato was excellent very down to earth especially with my 89 year old Mother. As we both got seen so fast no waiting like some clinic even when u have an appointment or hospital. I highly recommend this TEXAS MED CLINIC on Sw Military 2530.

I was treated with the upmost respect and compassion at the Zarzamora/SW Military location. Everyone was courteous and mindful of my time. I didnt have to wait too long to be seen, which I expected to wait longer, and the Dr came in right away to assess me. I would definitely recommend being seen at this Texas MedClinic location!

My wife needed a covid test asap. We talked to Noelia at the military and zarzamora location, she was very nice, informative, and professional. Noelia was able to get my wife an appointment asap. My wife was able to be seen that day and it didn't take long at all for her to be tested and get her results. Thankfully, my wife's results were negative but she did have a sinus infection and was told if symptoms get worse she has to be tested again. We will gladly go back to this location. Thanks again Noelia for going above and beyond.

Dana Checked me in very quickly the doctor Salvado came in quickly and gave me very helpful info! Was in and out in less then 20 minutes! Highly recommend!

Waited over 25 minutes. Other people poured in and for 25+ minutes I was overlooked. Staff was very short with me and super unorganized. I’ve been to other locations, this one is pure shambles.

They are a COVID-19 testing facility and I’ve seen a landfill with better sanitation practices. No wonder this virus keeps spreading via community spread with places like this to help add fuel to the fire.

During these very trying times (COVID-19) the staff at Texas med clinic took every measure possible to keep me & the general public safe. My test was completed in a safe & efficient manner utilizing their online scheduling & filling out online forms. I couldn’t have been any happier with the staffs/doctor’s level of professionalism & customer service. Top notch service and location! Thank you all for serving the public during this pandemic.

They were great and efficient great staff and th Dr was fantastic, all I have is praise for everyone who works there.

Staff is very friendly however wait time is awful. I understand I was a walk in and they took me in but waiting over 2 hours, the clinc is very clean and the staff and the doctor are very friendly

My husband and I were referred by Gabriella Valdez for COVID testing. We were able to sign In online and seen in a timely manner. The clinic was clean and staff were very professional. We would return again if needed. Thank you TMC!

I went here at 930 last night because I was in pain from a sinus infection. I told the girl I wasn't here for covid just want to get seen for to get some antibiotics. Mind there were no cars in the parking lot and no parients in the waiting room. The front desk girl walked to the other room spoke with someone. I am thinking it was whatever physician was in that day. The front desk girl comes back and tells me that they are over loaded with patients and tha are not seeing anyone anymore. I turn and look at the the waiting room and I was like where are all these patient's. I walled out and ill never return here. I found another urgent care that accepted me and were kind.

Very pleased with the service very pleased with the staff.time spent there was less than an hour I.soon as I got there they took me to the back. I loved it I would recommend this place to anybody especially in an emergency time of need

I went in with my uncle who was not feeling well. The staff was very attentive and professional. Noelia was so kind and understanding. I really appreciate the level of service and commitment to excellence she exhibits. Great job Texas Medclinic

Poor texas med must be hurting for business.
Called them and they said yes we take your insurance. Then I show up and now they say regardless of what we told you over the phone, we don’t take your insurance and this visit will be out of network. Losers!

Took my mother to be seen and treated at the Texas MedClinic on SW Military and S. Zarzamora. We were very impressed and happy with Noelia A and Esmie. Both were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They answered all our questions with empathy and professionalism! If you ever need to go to an urgent care, I highly recommend the Texas MedClinic on SW Military and S. Zarzamora!
