3 stars for the 3hr wait after being told it would be an hour to hour & 25min wait. The place was pretty clean. The staff was nice. The chairs were comfortable. We arrived at around 1: 15pm. Hardly anybody in the waiting room. Came in as walk-ins. Only needed a COVID test and results. Was told it would be about an hour to hour and 25min wait. But time just went on and dragged. Finally got called to the back to see the doctor at around 4pm. Waited another 15mins for the doctor. Saw the doctor which took about another 10mins to confirm what we already knew. Got the work excuse and results. Was out of there by 4: 20 ish.
Steve was awesome, Jennifer was great! Veronica was a sweetheart. Dr cantu was very thorough and attentive.
The wait is a little too long, especially when you're not feeling well and there aren't that many patients.

Once I saw the dr … it was quick and efficient
They were very helpful with my insurance had a challenge but they helped me get correct insurance. Waiting less than what they told me I would wait and Dr really listened to my issue and sent my prescription to the right pharmacy quickly. Really am very glad I choose this Minor Er location will revisit if need be.

I was in excruciating pain waited 4 hours for them to tell me what I was in there for they couldn't help me with and I needed me to go to the hospital. Also their x-ray machine was down.
I was diagnosed with Texas med clinic that I didn’t have anything. I still felt sick and went to another urgent care clinic …they found that I had an infected lung. Two expenses medically wise to find out what I had. Not a happy camper!
Fast and speedy and great patient service great doctors sure beats waiting in a Hospital ER much better and really take care of you in a timely manner

The online checkin was easy. The front desk lady was very helpful and made sure I understood what to expect. All the people I came in contact with were very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was awesome and explained what he was able to do and what wasn’t possible. I was in and out quickly and the whole process was easy.
