Dr. Guzman, Cynthia and Daniel have consistently been great every time I come to this clinic. Consistently suffering from sinus infections and every time I come they make the process as seamless as possible. They always make sure I’m treated correctly and as quick as possible. Great overnight team!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. FNP and MA provided exceptional service. They took care of me They provided instructions and recommendations for my situation.

I’ve been here three hours. I made an appointment for 3: 20. Once I saw the nurse practitioner, I received great care.

When I called, they said it would be a 1hr wait as a walk in at around 720pm. We didn't get seen until 10pm! We left at about 1010pm. Almost 3hrs to be prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection. The service wasn't bad, but to be told we would wait for about an hour and it end up being 3 hours created a bad experience for me.

I didn’t have a good experience here my daughter was very sick with a high fever vomiting and I understand procedures but asked if she can be seen before ALL this paper work I had to do on phone which service stunk in building was unable to download password after password took about thirty minutes while my daughter was in rr vomiting again I understood to a point girl in front was very insensitive till I got a little aggressive to pay was not and option I wanted to take already having a bad experience of any kind of sensitivity from this girl! Don’t know if she’s a mother or not but when you kid has a fever of 103 or higher is hard to be comfortable ended up at baptist er and they were absolutely great taking her back while I filled out paper taking my payment AFTER checking on her health I’ll never be back to this place. I pray nothing ever happens like this again….

Terrible customer service, acting bothered that I even showed up. Doctor told me my tonsils weren’t swollen or red so she didn’t know how my throat could bother me so bad. I got my tonsils removed when I was 3 years old…

Nurse Practitioner Okafor and Marj were phenomenal! Everyone is so kind and professional, I love this clinic and how prompt they are, Keep up the good work TMC!

I can not thank both the doctor and nurse enough for their treatment last night. I was beside myself in pain and worry and they were extremely competent and reassuring every step of the way.

A bug had flown into my ear and while I think we were able to drown it before arriving, we could not get it out and it was killing me. I was afraid I’d have to go to the ER but my wife convinced me to give the MedClinic a chance first.

They were able to quickly resolve my issue and remove the bug which was huge and way up in there! This MedClinic will be my go to location for urgent care from now on!

The staff & doctor were VERY friendly, professional and helpful. I liked that the didn’t push vaccines on you whether the flu nor the COVID vaccine. The facility was very clean & area in San Antonio was a safe area to take my family to.

I was taken care of by the staff and the doctor. He diagnosed me and quickly said we will get you feeling better in no time. Even took time to help me with getting my medication with a discount card. Was very good service. If ever I am not well I know I am in good hands here. Thanks for getting me taken care of.

I had an issue with tonsillitis. It was the first time ending like this has ever happened to me so I was in a panic. The staff was very knowledgeable, alert, and courteous to my situation. They were very resourceful, and Assured me that my health was Priority #1

The doctor I saw was very informative and was able to diagnose my the cause of my problem. I have improved each day.
